TW ramps. Share price jumps before bombing to next leg down at sub 2.5 pence.

Big RED FLAG again if TW ramping this loss making opportunity. Ramped on three occasions by top share picker TW in 2018 and each time it bombed.

We all know what happened on the last three occasions.

FLX only need more cash within 9 months if another acquisition to disguise fact breakeven not achieved and cash burn of £250k per month.

Real death spiral.

Amazed TW is still bullish on this. Talking to the bod is one thing, them telling him the truth is another. My prediction fwiw will be another minnow acquisition to disguise another fundraise... or mou whichever can get them the most cheddar.Well funded means nothing when bau costs outstrip subs with high capex for software development and business class travel. Pfft.

i agree there may not be a lot of margin on these contracts to cover business class flights back and forth to South Africa along with hotels etc. As for any new products I sure they will be disruptive,game changing, transformational!!!.

If any truth in your future viewpoint then not looking good for FLX share price.

With end of tax year on horizon I am sure the LTH will shortly begin to take losses to offset against gains elsewhere.

IMO
I expect nothing until the EOY in march and it will interesting to see how much the solar winds contracts are adding to the cash burn. While income may increase I expect costs will increase by more.

This is my understanding of RNS, I may be wrong.

I think the total options are 14,050,000. 9,300,000 to staff, 4,750,000 to named directors and from the 14,050,000, 12,550,000 vest at 3.5p the other 1,500,000 are for the technical staff reaching targets.


As I said I may be wrong.

9,300,000 options that was correct........but none vests at 3.5p. 25% vest at 6.5p 25% vest at 9p and 50% at 12p they only vest if that is the average price over the preceding 3 months. I for one would be more than happy to see all these options hit their vesting target.

Well you did say Q1 for better results, but its pretty poor at the moment. They clearly haven't sold any cyber contracts, which presumably is the area of the business that everyone got excited about and invested because of.
