12/4/2019 10:32 | Interesting news from Falanx's US partner :The Austin-based publicly traded IT services company has gone through IPOs, buyouts and has acquired more than a dozen companies. On Thursday, it made one of its largest deals yet. It announced it is acquiring a Raleigh, North Carolina area IT service desk solution company called Samanage for $350 million. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter."We believe that a powerful, market-leading ITSM solution offers us another compelling product to enhance our ability to serve IT professionals in organizations of all sizes while meaningfully expanding our total addressable market, including additional cross-sell opportunities within our large and expanding customer-base of more than 300,000 customers," SolarWinds CEO Kevin Thompson said in a prepared statement.I believe the timing is excellent and could have a great potential for expansion of Falanx's work with Solarwinds.Solarwind | hampton58
04/4/2019 11:42 | With the appointment of a well known US owned Investment bank, as their new broker and the arrival of the new Chairman combined with the Contract win at Solarwinds, one would expect significant revenue upside surprise in Q3 and Q4 of the new financial year.Looking at Solarwinds websites and their marketing efforts with regards to the Threat Monitoring Service Provider and bearing in mind all marketing cost is carried by SW further upside to FLX's earnings guidance to future financial years must surely on the agenda.Have a look at Solarwinds website With the arrival of Miton Group etc as shareholders , this is a strong buyhttps://www.linke | zebrano10
28/3/2019 08:10 | Todays appointment screams that the strategy is to sell Falanx in the next few years...probably to PE where it should have been all along......still no mention of current trading. | paddyfool
28/3/2019 07:43 | Haha I’m sorry I don’t understand how I could be a sheep and chicken at the same time although I guess in your world quantum effects mean that flx is performing well at the same time that it is performing diabolically | yump
28/3/2019 07:41 | I wonder if they will ever appoint someone who can actually promote and sell their products rather than yet another person with immensely impressive corporate finance and VC experience You have been warned. Dave4545 Yes, immensely impressive share price performance recently. Depends just a bit on your timeframe I suppose. | yump
28/3/2019 07:18 | I think today's announcement nails on the acquisition strategy. Shame they can't show any real evidence of organic growth working - ie contracts | jonesy100
26/3/2019 07:59 | Yump the Sheep Clearly you are chicken you are scared of recommending stocks you just dont have the balls | hamidahamida
25/3/2019 13:29 | They say they don't need more money. Which is nice. Have they ever said such a thing before? I suppose they could do if they buy yet another business. That would be a wheeze. But I'm sure that they would not do such a thing. Which is nice. | kemche
25/3/2019 13:03 | dave4545 Clearly you don't check your facts, otherwise you would know that I bought into Ashley House when the government freed up the rental cap business. I note that you appeared there much later than that - at exactly the wrong time. hamida You also clearly don't check facts, otherwise you would see shares that I'm positive about. Recommending a share is crazy, which I assume you are, given your endless ramping here. ...and of course you can't back down can you ? - look up "sunk cost investment fallacy", because presumably that's what you've followed... | yump
25/3/2019 11:56 | 6 million plus brokers revenue forecast IMO just can't see FLX achieving that number but they have more than enough cash to move into profitability and positive cash flow | hamidahamida
25/3/2019 08:41 | I would love to top up but I'm already 53% down | christopher logsdon
25/3/2019 08:13 | This is good news. Falanx (FLX) has made it clear that it does not need to place again to execute its business plan and to get itself into material profitability. We would hope for a formal trading statement within the next month or so very much confirming this and an improvement in profitability. At the same time it has upgraded its Nomad/broker to Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited from SPARK. This is a big upgrade. Stifel has a proper research arm and so does not take on any old junk but only stocks it really believes in. It will have done full DD. And it can put its clients in front of institutional investors on both sides of the Atlantic in a way that few London firms can do. And that has to be a positive.Falanx shares are just 2.5p bid giving a market cap of £10 million. For a business which we expect to be delivering pre-tax profits of £2 million plus as soon as next year that is just far too low. STRONG BUY. | hamidahamida
23/3/2019 13:31 | Yump thinks he is a fountain of knowledge but you will never see him recommend a stock He is Sheep | hamidahamida

23/3/2019 01:41 | yump Oh dear. Did I touch a nerve :-)) Desperate post, but it did make me chuckle, did you see the price rise here today. You did the same with Ashley House before they doubled. Lets not mention SKIN eh lol Just give up. | dave4545
23/3/2019 00:35 | Stifel is here for one reason only FUND RAISING ONE BILLION MORE SHARES PLEASE | opodio
23/3/2019 00:04 | dave4545 You didn't actually point anything out that had any credibility, unless you actually think others should take any notice of any anonymous poster. Do you ? If you do, the it pretty much shows that you're either an idiot or a con-artist. Think about that if you've got some brain cells to work with. Now if you posted proof of your last 20 trades and how they had worked out and we could validate that you actually did buy and in what quantity, then you might have some credibility. Otherwise you're just a lucky punter, who is just trying to con others after you've bought in. Good luck with that - tell your grandchildren you were an ace stock market investor/trader and how you did it by conning other people. They're sure to be proud of your contribution to the world. | yump
22/3/2019 12:08 | dave follow Tops he will teach you how to trade and give you some top tips do you like that mate top tips get it ??????? | depjoe

22/3/2019 11:28 | Dont fall for daves tales he has bought he now wants you to buy so he can sell | depjoe
22/3/2019 11:26 | Not interested in making 500% on a stock. Your just another ever increasing poster that goes around from stock to stock posting doom and gloom on them. You had the chance to buy size in Skin at 0.489p when I pointed it out to you. Stocks do not have to make profits to soar as Skin demonstrated. | dave4545
22/3/2019 11:24 | dave4545 I'm afraid I'm not interested in making a few bob by rummaging in dustbins and trying to convince others that I've seen a bit of something shiny in there. As a business, this has gone nowhere and there is no evidence that it is on the verge of anything other than fund-raising for 'exciting' acquisitions. The only people that don't make money out of fund-raising are pi's. Stifel don't do it for free and the salaries of the BOD are not reduced by the same percentage as each dilution. Now that would be a novelty wouldn't it ? | yump
22/3/2019 10:36 | "Following the institutional fundraising in November 2018, the Company's cash balances remain strong and are able to support its next phase of growth." Yeeeees. I am entirely convinced. | kemche
22/3/2019 09:39 | be careful with dave the PUMP and DUMPER | depjoe |
