It is an AIM jellyfish. Despite there being an anti-venom, many people don’t survive, but rather go into shock and end up drowning as billions of new shares are issued at 1p.

I don't know what's a worse portent, silence or blagging.

Couple of years of blagging, now the silence.

At this point you do wonder whether some of the stuff that certain employees bigged themselves up about, was just in their heads. Or perhaps its that old one of saying that they were responsible for something, when in fact any decent interview would reveal that they were just 'part of a team' or just rubber stamped something and then went around behaving as if they'd actually done it themselves. Lets face it, there's a lot of it about.

I not sure the connection with solar winds will ride to the falanxs rescue ,£200 a month contracts may not be much help in 2019 2020 or 2020 2021.

If falanx are gaining 10 x £200 a month contracts each week (Imo that's a big IF) and If the cash burn returns to 200k a month after the investment phase ( another big if). 1,000 X £200 a month contracts are needed to break even, at 10 a week that may be 2 years cash burn ahead.
Of course if the EOY update shows they are getting 20 30 40 contracts signed a week or the contracts are for £400 £600 a month and possible they may have other financially large contracts secured it all changes.

Lets hope that in falanx case silence is golden.:-)

Always risk the keystone investors in at last placing seeing no progress and just cut losses.

Don't wish to jump on LTH's graves so will refrain from posting until next placing in 10-12 weeks time.

Fully expect to see small Director buys next week to shore up share price before next leg down!

I cannot see the floor here. After 8 million invested from march 2018 and IMO any management statements, unless accompanied by hard financial figures, being ignored sub 2p may be ahead in the coming weeks. If the IIs are unhappy with the progress at EOY sub 1p as they may start to sell their shares.

I originally calculated the next placing would be around Sep 2019.

In view of your observations and the level of cash burn May 2019 is definitely a much better planning assumption to expect need for placing monies.

Only 10-12 weeks away.

I still struggle to see the business case to invest right now as the next placing will be sub-2 pence.

I think this article may remove any expectations that the solar winds contracts will have any major effect on the income figures this year.

I wonder who used the word "dramatically"?.

For what its worth here is my expectations for the EOY.

Given the lack of further high value contract RNSs and the article above , I expect the loss this year to around 3.5 million on 4 million turn over. In the 6 months to September cash burn seemed to be 170k month and "transformational" in my experience does not come cheap, so IMO cash burn may be north of 400k a month now, ( extra personnel, training, equipment, office space, travel, management expenses, shows etc etc).
I expect some new disruptive game changing product to announced in March and then a 200 million issue in May2019 with the number of shares available increasing to 1 or 1.5 billlion, along with the usual jam tomorrow.

Just my view and as always hope I am wrong.
