07/3/2019 12:53 | All IMO DYOR And back to the downward trend of the last 2 years, if EOY is all fluffly fluff fluff then I expect under 2p. After all this time I am still waiting to see one independant press report on Midgard V1 or V2, its "hive mind" and why it is "disruptive". I assumed that something that cost Falanx so much time and money and is critical to falanx future would get least some independant reviews. Has anyone found one. | ![]() nearlythere

04/3/2019 12:15 | You do know TW has a vested interest here? He's very good at pointing out the chaff unless he owns some, these have consistently failed to deliver, their rns read like a Mills'n Boon paperback and the next placing as with the previous one will be wrapped up with some pointless acquisition to disguise the fact they need to pay the lecky bill... all IMHO ofc dyor. | ![]() rathean

19/2/2019 10:11 | Mike Read's strategy is one of "buy & build" - i.e. they'll be buying up companies to create an enlarged group that can then be sold at a later date. From memory, I think he threw around a figure of £200m as the intended sale price. Now, there is nothing to suggest to me that they have backed up anything they've told the market; for years we were told that they were not going to raise more cash and guess what? They did. They also highlighted that 'GDPR' would lead to the a significant upturn in demand for their products and services and guess what? I can't see any contract that has referenced GDPR. They also suggested that they were building 'world-class tech' and guess what? We've not heard anything on this. All in all - in my opinion - I think they're full of hot air. No contract news since summer last year says it all. Happy to be proved wrong here of course, but at nearly £10m market cap I think it has lower to go. I'm also at a complete loss to understand how they've arrived at a figure of £4,816,729 in intangible assets for the last interims; an increase of some 323% since the interim accounts the year before. | ![]() colinzeal
19/2/2019 09:42 | All IMo DYOR I wonder what the investment managers of the IIs who invested £4,600,000 @4.50p in March and £4,100,000 @3.0p in November think of those RNSs. IMo the people who have the best understanding of short and medium term future prospects of falanx ( the CEO and CFO), decided it was worth investing another aprox £10,000 and £4,000 at these all time lows. Will the IIs investment managers consider this to be a good sign or that such a small additional investment by these knowledgeable men may indicate more bad finanicial news in the coming weeks and months. If it is the latter I suspect 2.45p could be the high water mark for a long long time. I wonder if KAKA47 still has his 60p target that would value the company @ £240million (current 9.8 million) and whatever happened to the game changing product you were on about last june. | ![]() nearlythere
