13/11/2023 13:47:06 | Today's Kommersant article about forced stripping of the assets of foreign companies based on the recent gov ruling hxxps://www.kommersant.ru/doc/6336146?from=main basically the main point is that the compensation for the ESOs will be frozen forever on the C accounts or the foreign company may chose to never apply for the money. So in both cases no money as I see it. In Evraz case that means that to cover the 3 bln+ debt they will have to use 1 bln worth of North America assets. May be some debt is in Russia, so that covers some, but still there can be a Petropavlovsk scheme here.

14/9/2023 17:21:06 | The truth is that nobody knows when or how the war will end, when and how Putin will end, or when and how Evraz will relist or not.
I don't blame Andrey for trying to mop up lots of shares, after all he's completely protected as a Russian citizen and can only stand to benefit.
Everyone else needs to assess their needs and expectations. Ultimately, not even Mystic Meg can predict this one. | coscos
12/9/2023 16:44:40 | frankly the amounts don't matter since foreigners will be getting the compensation (if any at all) into a forever blocked C account in rubles. So if even you get not 40 penny, but 50 or whatever you are still locked in Russia until Putin steps down which is like 2040s. | andrey aaa
12/9/2023 15:19:17 | Not sure what all that means, but if there is a 50% discount on unlisted or untraded shares presumably that's a discount on the asset value, and not on a price at which shares were traded months ago? | xasy
12/9/2023 12:59:02 | People ask why I need the shares if the Evraz plc is going to "zero". Fair question. I am a Russian resident with citizenship so I hope to get the local shares. | andrey aaa

the key components the video missed: there is right now is a mandatory 50% discount on asset sales of foreign companies (see the Magnit case and Magnit is a Russian entity) and also the ESO will receive all the Evraz PLC "unrussian" undistributed shares. So foreign Evraz shareholders can expect like 40 pences after the war ends and the sanctions are lifted may be in 2040 or so. Dividends (if there ever be any! which I doubt) would also be available only to the eso Russian shareholders, the plc's eso dividends will be frozen on the separate C ruble account as all the other foreign dividends until 2040. The money from the C accounts can be used only to pay taxes in Russia. | andrey aaa
12/9/2023 11:12:22 | Hi AAA, how would that work for me? My shares are with my bank, I never moved them to a cert as they are held in an ISA Shares account.
I think I won't be able to do a deal if the shares are not held by you personally with the paper certificate | andrey aaa

I don't expect people to believe strangers on the internet, but buyers have seen me in person and received money, so if you want to sell - welcome to direct messages. | andrey aaa

J30. Cash pic he sent me before coming to meet me. Payment from my bank to HMRC for stamp duty. Believe what you want but I’ve my cash at hip and shares sold. He has to pay me in dollars and flew to Istanbul to Portugal. I got the exchange rate at the time. Lovya loads you daft sceptical mugs lol | havinthelasttoast

You’re the mug. Anyone wants to reach out to me privately if they have any doubts I’ll show them whatever proof they need.
I have the cash in hand and contract signed and transferred. I had to pay HMRC the stamp duty as him sending money to HMRC was not so easy. Not everyone is out to scam and evraz will not transfer the shares to the person without signed contact and j30 with stamp duty paid.
