edward3, just looked at the trades pages... the "K" trade has been deleted and replaced by an 'O' trade for the same amount.... so it certainly looks like KLWT took the stock onto their books.

Wasn't an X trade or anything like that.

Perhaps Hermes eager to close positions after yesterdays events. Good news that they are out. Can't believe they got anywhere near any takeover price given that talks could fail.

Puts a nice line under the potential buyout price. From 0.96 likely downside 22% to 0.75. Upside?
