"Their position has been further strengthened by the recent merger with
its main competitor, Silicon Applications Corp., effectively doubling the size
of their organisation."

can you find the news story on the WPG site regarding this, I cant seem to find it.

For goodness sake stop bugging the poor Taiwanese!

If they are talking to ELH they'll probably call it off if they think they're being stalked by a gang of deranged shareholders. If it is them, we'll find out soon enough.

having read the article again, it sounds like that was straight takeover of a subsidiary whereby WPG took control of 70% of RichPower and I suspect 30% remained in the hands of the parent "Fullerton Technology".

Not sure if the same will apply to Eurodis but I think it may be along similar lines.

great find mike.

RichPower Technology Ltd.'s current capitalization is NTD$700 million, revenues were NTD$7.65 billion.

Eurodis equivalent is NTD$12 billion ... sounds massive doesnt it :-)

Still very little action from Hermes to offload their final 15,714,077.

If they were THAT worried about price erosion from here they would flog them regardless whatever the price -even at sub 1p. Its "only" 150k's worth.

They seem to be determined to hang on for that 1p minimum.

Morning Ed and all.

Its a crazy 2 v 1 on level 2.

Todays task for the BBmates is to bicker all day about a story involving Doug Rogers, a skunk called Eric and a packet of Cornflakes set in 1978.
