01/7/2005 10:06 | Thanks for that Ed. Good to see WPG thinking in such terms anyway.Have amended Richpower to Fullerton Technology in 8088 | mike012321
01/7/2005 09:51 | having read the article again, it sounds like that was straight takeover of a subsidiary whereby WPG took control of 70% of RichPower and I suspect 30% remained in the hands of the parent "Fullerton Technology". Not sure if the same will apply to Eurodis but I think it may be along similar lines. | ed winchester

01/7/2005 09:46 | great find mike. RichPower Technology Ltd.'s current capitalization is NTD$700 million, revenues were NTD$7.65 billion. Eurodis equivalent is NTD$12 billion ... sounds massive doesnt it :-) | ed winchester

01/7/2005 08:51 | Still very little action from Hermes to offload their final 15,714,077. If they were THAT worried about price erosion from here they would flog them regardless whatever the price -even at sub 1p. Its "only" 150k's worth. They seem to be determined to hang on for that 1p minimum. | momentos
