Well momentos,
I suggest you set pete to ignore whilst we share the juicy gossip ;-)
Or are you trying to squeeze some more info from him.

I know what you mean btw, but I still thank pete for sharing his info - good or bad it is up to us to choose or ignore.

I will as ever take all "inside track" info with a huge pinch of salt. Apologies to pete if this causes offence, but it is only right that I do so.

You are in a catch-22 situation, unless you verify your source no-one can take you seriously. If you do, and are genuine, you are putting yourself at risk.

TBH I would rather remain in the dark than listen to unsubstantiated rumours. So unless you can state your bona fides, pete, please don't bother.

thanks for that, if eurodis does stay on the LSE, then it cant be arrow they are talking to. Its has to be a private independent company that will merge with eurodis and the enlarged company will be listed.

Monica on time, her figures include a 500k rollover in the buys & sells.

Reassuring you mean, if they were THAT desperate they would sell out at any price. They have not and have not sold any for 4 days.

And any price they get now will be at a discount to any known offer price (if there is one) given the possibility of talks failure.

Recent 0.95 Trade: 2,846,991.

Either already sold or still holding 600 shy of a million.

Ed darling, you can find the number for sales on their web site...please give them a call yourself ! I spoke with them again this morning and spoke with a different guy...he wasn't a bit concerned about the future of his company and his own job within it...and business is picking up - there getting very busy...very reassuring to know.

Can you imagine the synergies between these 2 companies?

Same markets, same products.
Big reduction in sales staff, admin overheads and distribution costs.
Plus an immediate boost to UK and Italy operations.

It does look like a fantastic match.
Re-structuring costs would of course come into play and the benefits may only start being cash positive after 1 year.
