for a start the 2,846,391 was part of the 4,657,298 that KLWT acquired yesterday.

How about a greedy us hedge fund takes a position in Eurodis - they could get in on the ground floor very cheaply and build a 10 - 15% stake quite quickly.........anyone know any greedy us hedge funds....

Seriously folks I am surprised this situation hasn't caught other funds imaginations...ok existing funds are exiting...but one mans cheese is another mans cream tea.....

it may well have been ed3.. considering the figures correlated with their remaining stake. Aviva no longer need to inform their sales.

Well, someone feels lucky 4.6 million buy! or is it a 45k gamble

With news around the corner and a possible profit making company (merger) about to be born,, this just well be worth looking at, especially with the price rock bottom

they are registered in germany so a German equivalent of UK companies house would be able to supply a balance sheet.

I have had a good look through the rutronic web site, but as they are a private company its hard to get a picture of what a merged P & L or balance sheet would look like...
does anyone here have any ideas how to get this sort of info?
