patt - "Pwhite. Totally incorrect"

Agreed we've both jumped the gun here. Even if all the lowest five daily VWAPs were 0.5p there is still no way the exercise price can be 0.4p.

0.5p - 15% = 0.425p

What we've missed is this.

"The Warrant is initially exercisable at a price of 1 pence per Ordinary Share for a period of 45 days from Closing. The exercise price will be reset on the 45th day after Closing, following which it will be calculated as the average of the lowest five daily VWAPs of an Ordinary Share during the twenty trading days before the receipt of a Warrant exercise notice by the Company, less a 15% discount."

The 0.4p is the simply the reset of the warrant exercise price from an initial 1p to 0.40p after 45 days that's all. The warrants exercise formula only kicks in afterwards as per the RNS..

Levi should of done a deeply discounted placing to raise the measley $800k
Instead of using loan sharks...
But there again...he wouldn't of got a huge brown envelope afterwards.

Pwhite. Totally incorrect
For example, on 18/6 there were three trades totalling 3000 shares at 0.5p. On the same day there were another 19m at between 0.55 and 0.7p. The VWAP should be the average of all those, say 0.63p less 15% so far higher than 0.5p.

Same with every other day. The VWAP is not the single lowest share trade price

By the way do you now agree that my explanation of the warrant exercise calculation was correct. That the 40m subscription shares are always valued at the exercise price? You got that completely wrong.

patt - "1) the VWAP five day nonsense was exactly that. The 0.4p conversion was prearranged."

No it was not. See my post below and check the dates and figures for yourself.

Pwhite73 - 37695

0.4p is correct. If Bergen notified ENET of the warrant exercise yesterday then the lowest 5 day prices over 20 trading days would be:-

20/06/24 - 0.55p
18/06/24 - 0.5p
17/06/24 - 0.5p
14/06/24 - 0.5p
13/05/24 - 0.55p

minus 15% = 0.43p and I haven't taken into account the VWAP."

Interesting the amount of real estate ENET occupies in the heads of our most regular & non-holding posters. Bordering on an unhealthy obsession I'd say.

What you state is very true, bbmsionlypostafter Mk2. However the same could be said about your best buddy, purchaseatthetop, with his non stop posting on BEN, a share he didn't own. Of course, like me, he was correct on BEN. However he's been completely wrong, so far, on ENET. Is it that he ramps ENET non stop because he does have a very large, loss making, shareholding?

Actuslly realdealy. We know they have a very meaningful contract. I just think they are utterly prohibited from saying anything because one Ethernity chip means Tarana are producing a base unit. They want that sort of data secret.

We await to find out if ENET still have a material meaningful contract with TARANA and more importantly whether the bod have the competency to turn that even into a modicum of shareholder value.

I'm doubtful very.

And the reason Tarana and all the FWA players are growing so fast is…

PRATT 🤣🤣
If massive Tarana newe is coming...why have ENET just handed over 25% of the company to payday loan sharks??🤣29315;
I don't think you'll hear a peep out of Liar Levi for weeks.. or until he's ready to use more loan sharks to fund their salaries & Bonuses..
Surely you can see Levi is just a common thief by now,???

I still think Tarana massive news is due. Two years ago they were just 3Ghz rural broadband internet. Now that plus urban and entire cities being covered plus they are now solving business issues

So spectrumvoip are using 6Ghz in Dallas/Fort Worth to cover business broadband. Cleveland being completely covered by 6Ghz by DigitalC. Now pwhite May be right saying Tarana have magicked up a replace, ent for Ethernity IP. But I don’t think so. What I wonder is why the silence except the April RNS saying new G1 snd G2 orders throughout H2.

They are quite meaty. Revenues $150m and growing.

Anyone told their wives about their enet mishap?

I haven't told mine, although it was on the tip of my tongue on a few occasions when I thought enet was perking UP.

So glad I didn't mention it. Its such an embarrassment.

Having had some thoughts….

1) the VWAP five day nonsense was exactly that. The 0.4p conversion was prearranged.
2) the RNS shows the balance unrepaid of £405k. Now if the share exercise price goes to 1.0125p then no more shares will be issued because the 40m subscription shares are worth that much.
3) expect the RNS next week. They could not issue the RNS and then convert at 0.4p when the share was 2p. Now they can say, no more shares will have to be issued.

Maybe…
