The VRS talk has rattled him
And 100 percent certain he has a hefty position
Significantly higher than current share price
He also has several pending court cases against him
Pwhite deny any of it if you dare ?

Pwhite. Then explain this…

“Should the exercise price be above 1p throughout the exercise period, then 40,000,000 is the maximum number of additional Ordinary Shares that would be issued under the Agreement.”

patt - So far nobody has been able to disprove the £800k raise being made up of: £400k funded by 40m shares being issued now at 1p plus. £400k funded by unknown numbers of shares.."

Your summation and calculations are erroneous. Read what the RNS says very carefully.

"The amount available to be exercised under the Warrant is £800,000, less the value of the 40,000,000 Subscription Shares"

This clearly tells you there is no known value for the subscription shares as yet. If the 40m subscription shares were at 1p the value of the warrants would be only £400k not £800k.

The lender is protected by having the right to exercise warrants to the full value of the loan which is £800k in the event of a total collapse of the share price.

Lets deal with some scenarios.

1. If the lender subscribes for 40m shares at 1p on the 24/05/24 and assuming no movement from yesterday's closing price the lender would be down by £140k on day one. 1p - 0.65p x 40m = £140k.

2. Assuming no movement in the share price for 45 days from yesterday's closing price the lender can recover the £140k shortfall by exercising warrants to the value of £660k on the 46th day.

3. Finally let's take the worse case scenario. Two weeks from now Tarana announces it has cancelled its contract with ENET. If the lender is still holding the 40m subscriptions shares it supposedly bought for 1p the shares would collapse in value.

The lender can then seek to recover the full £800k at any time over the next eight months by the issue of warrants.

"The Warrant has an eight-month exercise period and can be exercised in full or in part with a maximum of five exercise notices being issued in total."

That the lender has eight months in which to recuperate £800k via a VWAP tells you this is a death spiral finance dressed up as a strategic investment.

I trust and hope this puts your 1p 40m subscription price to bed once and for all.

PATT i had to ring one of ENETs brokers to confirm explain clearly to me the RNS
Luckily before the market picked up on it, has i did not have a position beforehand.
Imo ENET is priced still to go bust, which on every present metric it’s NOT !

Snooker. The closing bid/offer was 0.779/0.712 but the MMs headline was 0.85/0.65 which are for guidance only. We actually ended up for the day in real trades.

Big big event next week and cash raise out of the way. Maybe first news.

Pwhite. Nothing you say makes any sense after finding out you are invested in VRS. About the only company that makes ENET look Blue Chip.

So far nobody has been able to disprove the £800k raise being made up of:

£400k funded by 40m shares being issued now at 1p plus
£400k funded by unknown numbers of shares starting in 45 days from receipt of funds depending on share price but with the statement “ Should the exercise price be above 1p throughout the exercise period, then 40,000,000 is the maximum number of additional Ordinary Shares that would be issued under the Agreement.”

So, not a presold heavily discounted raise as you promised. Actually a raise at 50% premium on half the money with the distinct possibility that the actual conversion may be at far higher than 1p so less shares.

My panic was because i initially thought it was the deeply discounted raise. The market thought so too for a while. But the real nature took,a while to become clear. Given the history here with discounted placings it was sensible to check and recheck.

Investing.com and ii both quote 0.75p
Tha Adfvn graph at the top of this thread showd 0.75p. The last trade No 67 on Adfvn actually showed a trade of 0.779p and second to last of 0.85p. LSE shows the same closing prices as Adfvn.

They will do for me and my portfolio of shares are priced at 0.75p.

The Bid and Ask prices are rarely the trading prices when you actually place a trade. You know that so stop trying to scaremonger because it does not work.

Snooker40 - "To finish Friday at 0.75p, after seeing some sellers get 0.64p early on"

You did not finish Friday on 0.75p. You finished Friday on 0.65p. For shareholders it is the bid price you judge the value of your investment by not the mid or offer price.

patt - "Utter panic to start including me, then detailed reading, then endless rechecking, then relief."

All of us have an inbuilt defence mechanism when contemplating further losses. If the sums of money we lose on shares disappeared regularly from our bank accounts we'd all be bipolar paranoid schizophrenics.

Your initial response of utter panic was the correct and normal one. However during the course of the day the mind gets to work to bring you back to normal. It has done so in this case by convincing you it all makes sense if the £800k funding was to support a game changing Tarana contract. That is what has brought about the relief not some investigative realisation things are not as bad as initially thought.

In the absence of a contract announcement, the strategic investment is needed to keep the lights on and pay staff wages. Same as the other £40 million of strategic investment since it listed.

To finish Friday at 0.75p, after seing some sellers get 0.64p early on, was a market boost to the strategic investment raise of £800k.
Whilst it remains to be seen what strategic initiatives come into play, the early morning RNS shock, on the initial headline reading, was dispelled in the afternoon.
Come on Ethernity.

Nextlink CEO makes the best business case ever for our UEP2025

“He said if there’s middle-mile infrastructure and vertical infrastructure to hang radios in a given area, Nextlink can provide FWA in a matter of days. “Conversely if there’s no middle mile, no vertical infrastructure, that’s a different beast,” he said. In that case, deploying FWA takes more time.”

Middle mile is the link between radio and the nearest fiber link.

I have messaged Tevet about it.

Basil Alwan telling you why will happen.

“With hashtag#ngFWA offering reliable services from 100Mbps to 1G+ in flexible spectrum - even near/non-line-of-sight - wireless broadband is changing from an inferior way to deliver home broadband to simply a different way. Consumers will no longer have to care as the distinction will not be meaningful to them. The combination of fiber and ngFWA will be the norm in deployments. And not just in rural markets.”

Aligns exactly with The Technology Letter and also whati have been bleating on about for three years. Maybe now finally momentum changes. The story is undeniable.

They've raised much more than 40 million da dollares in funding which has proved no increase CORRECTION negative shareholder value over time

Why should another 800,000 make a difference?

Because of two new amazing arrivals?

NO, if the leadership (inept) isn't there additional funds make no difference.

£800,000 in the bank next week to finance at least one of the four potential orders we have been told about in recent RNS's and presentations. Here's hoping that it is for the two most advanced order discussions. Looks likely one or more order announcements will come in the next few weeks. The 80m new shares are likely to be sold quickly in the days following that announcement but if you feel lucky this time around it just could be the start of something quite special over the next year or two if you are brave enough to stay invested. It will be a hard decision to stay with it as trust has been destroyed but I will try and keep positive especially as Tarana's growth story is remarkable and ENET will continue to see the benefit.
