17/5/2024 16:12 | New Technology Capital will have done extensive due diligence so they will be pretty confident of making a good return. | marky60
17/5/2024 16:09 | The first sign of madness is speaking to yourself. The second sign is replying. The third sign is thinking today's RNS is good news and the funders are philanthropists. | orkneyarab
17/5/2024 16:08 | Washingmachine17 May '24 - 15:28 - 35858 of 35874 0 0 1 Orkney It’s due a significant bounce the charts don’t lie ! >>>>> The charts don't lie, but you do, Washingmachine! By the way, do you by any chance know purchaseatthetop? 🤣🤣 | papillon
17/5/2024 16:06 | Washing machine. We don’t care about VRS. Nothing matters except Ethernity. Pwhite asks good questions that we must answer. That’s all. It’s fun and makes sure we know our onions. | purchaseatthetop
17/5/2024 16:04 | Ask him what’s happening with VRS ? He’s 90 percent down on that one Maybe more And still he thinks he’s king of the castle His castle is made out of sand | washingmachine
17/5/2024 16:01 | Pwhite. Why would anybody think a lender wants to do anything but make easy quick money? They have no other interests. Agreed. | purchaseatthetop
17/5/2024 16:00 | A new and magnificent argument in favour of ENET - the share you are invested in is worse. | orkneyarab
17/5/2024 16:00 | patt - I agree but this is the torch that guides you through these deliberate obfuscating RNS statements. They're trying to make out the lender has a strategic interest in the company when the lender couldn't give a toss so long as they get their money back with interest. You have a nice weekend too. | pwhite73
17/5/2024 15:59 | Three logins all working for the same outcome - company apologists drowning out the truth. 60p to 0.75p says everything you need to know. | orkneyarab
17/5/2024 15:57 | Wm - I don't waste my time on BB personalities. But be my guest do a 'Silence of the Lambs' and socially profile me. | pwhite73
17/5/2024 15:56 | That pwhite is not what we were discussing. But I will take e that as a backdown by you. Have a good weekend. | purchaseatthetop
17/5/2024 15:54 | And back you come like a bouncing ball A Egotistical narcissist anyone ? I’m no AI algorithm, but i could social profile you on a whim It certainly wouldn’t be what you want for your daughter.. far far from it | washingmachine
17/5/2024 15:51 | patt - You see at the end of the day ENET has been given a finance facility of £800k so unless the lender is a charitable organisation it is retail shareholders that will foot the bill. So you can interpret the RNS whatever way you like it is PIs that will payback the lender not ENET. | pwhite73
17/5/2024 15:39 | Totally agree BBM He’s cost many many private investors thousands of pounds .. They will have their day ! | washingmachine
17/5/2024 15:38 | "The Warrant is initially exercisable at a price of 1 pence per Ordinary Share for a period of 45 days from Closing. " | pwhite73
17/5/2024 15:34 | More Pwhite nonsense. The exercise price is not fixed…. “The exercise price will be reset on the 45th day after Closing, following which it will be calculated as the average of the lowest five daily VWAPs of an Ordinary Share during the twenty trading days before the receipt of a Warrant exercise notice by the Company, less a 15% discount.” I love the way posters tick his posts this showing their own ignorance. | purchaseatthetop
17/5/2024 15:33 | Orkney it’s not It’s now all set up for one .. We will see PWhite like I’ve said won’t give up While his VRS position heads in to the gutter, couldn’t happen to a nicer guy | washingmachine
17/5/2024 15:31 | Your chart is upside down | orkneyarab
17/5/2024 15:31 | patt - "Again….The RNS says - “Should the exercise price be above 1p throughout the exercise period, then" The exercise price is fixed at 1p it cannot be above or below 1p during the exercise period it is the share price than can fluctuate up or down. We're getting there slowly. | pwhite73
17/5/2024 15:28 | Orkney It’s due a significant bounce the charts don’t lie ! | washingmachine
17/5/2024 15:18 | In theory, the issue is at 1p for today’s 40m shares. A premium to today’s price. Of course if the share price drops to 0.5p for every day of the exercise period then another 80m will be issued. Unless anybody can prove otherwise, and pwhite has failed dismally so far, this suggests that the lender knows good news is coming quite soon because otherwise they will both lose money and get in a death spiral horror. | purchaseatthetop |
