If seems like they got through the
$2.1 million they exited the TSP with.
Only one $400 000 creditor payment
paid, another 3 ($1.2 million) to be
paid/outstanding,plus $ 3 million approx expenses for the remainder
of the year.
So they need to raise additional
funds some time this year

If they were confident contract news would keep the VWAP above 1p the 45 day reset clause would have never been put in the agreement.

This is a death spiral dressed up as a strategic investment.

It layman's terms this is what has happened.

ENET were about to go bust (again). New Tech Capital has forwarded them a life saving death spiral loan of £800k. For the risk New Tech Capital has taken on ENET have given them 40m shares. 40m shares is the maximum New Tech Capital will be allowed to hold. This should also put them on the share register as an above 3% holder so it all looks good on paper.

The £800k will be paid back to New Tech Capital by the issuance of shares. New Tech Capital will sell the shares immediately into the market to PIs so they don't go over the 40m maximum. The shares have a lot further to fall.

That New Tech Capital are funding ENET ahead of known contract news is simply untrue for this would be tantamount to insider trading.
