17/5/2024 15:18 | In theory, the issue is at 1p for today’s 40m shares. A premium to today’s price. Of course if the share price drops to 0.5p for every day of the exercise period then another 80m will be issued. Unless anybody can prove otherwise, and pwhite has failed dismally so far, this suggests that the lender knows good news is coming quite soon because otherwise they will both lose money and get in a death spiral horror. | purchaseatthetop
17/5/2024 15:11 | Terrible company. I rue the day I set eyes on it. Put the dog down. | realdealy
17/5/2024 15:07 | Typical machine gun posting as a smokescreen by the company apologist. Remember he confidently stated an RNS about a signed contract was imminent nearly five weeks ago. | orkneyarab
17/5/2024 15:07 | Blimey! It's still here! The last time I looked in was 28th March this year... 2134 posts ago. | casholaa
17/5/2024 15:02 | Again…. The RNS says “Should the exercise price be above 1p throughout the exercise period, then 40,000,000 is the maximum number of additional Ordinary Shares that would be issued under the Agreement.” Can you try to concentrate on that sentence? It answers all the questions. | purchaseatthetop
17/5/2024 15:00 | Technically you can't have a premium to the market price. You can set the exercise or option price at whatever level you like but it does not have a value greater than the market price. For example you live on a road of terraced houses that sell for £300k. You can place your house on the market through an estate agent at £600k. That is a 100% premium. If you manage to sell your house it will go for £300k or less depending on how desperate you are to move. I hope that explains the nonsense of the warrant exercise price at 1p. | pwhite73
17/5/2024 14:54 | Don’t need a weekend. The RNS says “Should the exercise price be above 1p throughout the exercise period, then 40,000,000 is the maximum number of additional Ordinary Shares that would be issued under the Agreement.” So, 40m now. 40m in future if the share is above 1p. That means the value of the subscription share is 1p. Which is premium. | purchaseatthetop
17/5/2024 14:49 | "Why is it your such a expert on other companies that your not invested in (supposedly) but when it comes to your own, you can’t see the wood for the trees This is why you are loseing so much money Concentrate on your self, and stop making yourself look like a bitter clown" >>>>> Who are you writing about, Washingmachine? PWhite73, or purchaseatthetop? 🤣 Because your comments could equally apply to both of them! 🤣 | papillon
17/5/2024 14:45 | patt - "Pwhite - “The amount available to be exercised under the Warrant is £800,000, less the value of the 40,000,000 Subscription Shares," LOL it does not make sense. The upfront money is £800K which is the same as the total amount exercisable under the warrants. Then they state less the value of the subscription shares. They haven't told you want the value of the subscriptions shares are. What is the value of the subscription shares? That's your homework for the weekend. | pwhite73
17/5/2024 14:39 | He's not the only egotistical narcissist on this board, that's for sure. Funny how all of PATT's alter ego's have turned up now the bad news is out. If you didn't know better, you might think it's an orchestrated move to support this disgrace of a company. | orkneyarab
17/5/2024 14:31 | He won’t see it Because he’s constantly trying to be clever He’s an egotistical narcissist, and he won’t give up …his ego won’t let him | washingmachine
17/5/2024 14:25 | Pwhite “The amount available to be exercised under the Warrant is £800,000, less the value of the 40,000,000 Subscription Shares, calculated by reference to the relevant exercise price, such that New Tech will be entitled to exercise the Warrant only for an amount exceeding the difference between the maximum amount of £800,000 (or a lower amount outstanding at the time following prior exercise of the Warrant) and the value of 40,000,000 Subscription Shares at the relevant exercise price.” Seems pretty clear. The 40m shares are not an arrangement fee. They are part of the £800k. Because the RNS says so. | purchaseatthetop
17/5/2024 14:24 | Can you remember your false accusations on NFX Yet again you were proved wrong. Why is it your such a expert on other companies that your not invested in (supposedly) but when it comes to your own, you can’t see the wood for the trees This is why you are loseing so much money Concentrate on your self, and stop making yourself look like a bitter clown. | washingmachine
17/5/2024 14:16 | Wm - "...and you should seek professional advice before it’s too late." This is me after having taken professional advice. You should have seen before. | pwhite73
17/5/2024 14:16 | Notice the MM have just locked out They have played a blinder here Hope no one was swayed by the clueless morons that gather on here, posting false information If you have, especially concerning PWhite Email the FCA were they have several pending cases open on him. | washingmachine
17/5/2024 13:58 | Personally Pwhite i think the market has destroyed you, I’m saying this because I’ve seen it before, and you should seek professional advice before it’s too late. Remember your good days, don’t dwell on your recent bad calls. | washingmachine
17/5/2024 13:58 | Pwhite. The warrants will make up the difference between the excise price of the 40m shares issued today and the £800k. That is clear. So minimum 40m extra shares. | purchaseatthetop
17/5/2024 13:54 | Why don’t you give it a rest What is a matter with you ? Don’t you think you should be concentrating on your VRS position, which to me looks like administration The market odviously does not agree with you , if your short , I’d seriously close ASAP | washingmachine
17/5/2024 13:52 | You have great self awareness | orkneyarab
17/5/2024 13:48 | Wm - I'm right ENET made no mention of any additional 40m in the RNS furthermore they also made no mention of the price of the subscription shares only the 1p warrant exercise price. | pwhite73
17/5/2024 13:47 | The thread is infested with clueless morons Embarrassing | washingmachine |
