"London Stock Exchange Notice Cancellation - Esken Limited"

Note the date April 2nd

This is not an April Fool.

The fools are those still holding shares - you had been warned .... a long time ago.

Well, it won't be the shareholders. That's for sure.

"the listing of the Company's ordinary shares has been suspended with immediate effect."

so any gamblers still left in this will get nothing....

Not like we did not tell them as much

Last one out please shut the lights. Nothing left for shareholders as the administrators will mop up any cash that would have been left.

Breach is irrelevant when the bonds are so far under water.I wonder what had happened this weekend to trigger the breach.

"one or more events of default have occurred under the terms of the Exchangeable Bonds."

Just confirming the inevitable

Yes its ironic humour , considering you probably imagine every bit of help I have tried to give is a "gloat" - but please disregard that idea and consider keeping us informed , please?

"That ( for once) is not a gloat"

I think those few words are worthy of reflection.

Neily when you still hold this junk after it goes private will you please keep sharing on here what happens?
That ( for once) is not a gloat of any kind ,just merely curiosity as to what happens.

"Tosca realised any new money would get wasted too"

So they upped their stake to 29.75% ?

Doesn't make sense.

Toscafund Asset Management is a London-based specialist investment firm which is a major investor in Circle Health Ltd.

It has assets of £4 billion. The Chief Executive is ex Tiger Management employee, Martin Hughes, nicknamed, according to The Times, the 'Rottweiler'. Dr Savvas P Savouri is the chief economist and a partner in the firm.

It was involved in a long argument with Speedy Hire, where it is a major investor, attempting to replace the chairman, Jan Astrand, whom it accuses of “egregious corporate governance failings”. In September 2017, Toscafund Asset Management launched 300 million euro ($359.34 million) private equity fund that focus on small and mid-sized companies.

In December 2019, Toscafund purchased 12% of Ted Baker following the decline in the company's share price.

In January 2020, Toscafund announced that it owned 11.70% of the Stobart Group, this was subsequently increased to 18.8%.

In December 2020, Toscafund announced that it had sealed a takeover of TalkTalk Group which valued TalkTalk at £1.1 billion, taking it private. Toscafund was previously TalkTalk's second largest investor.

Agreed.

I think there could be a twist to this story. Notice the large sell yesterday. TR1s are likely....which might see something happen.

Also the process taking several months and a managed wind down.

Even in a fire sale environment the rest of the non core assets will fetch say 3 million.

Current mcap is plain wrong by a long distance.

Those non core assets still exist and are owned by ESKN.

When this dropped yesterday the whole Co. had a Mcap of approx £300k - even after the 100% plus rise it's still valued at £700k - one little twist to the positive and it'll fly.

It was your post Ipavlou that helped me to make a firm decided trading profit...rather than a "potential" loss...so thank-you!

If it all benefits from the "rabbit/bag" ...I still say ta!

Well done to those that had the balls to buy this morning and sell in the afternoon, even though they know the company is doomed.

You should have sold yesterday and bought today then.
I can only guess what your loss % would be, but if you are still so convinced you could be sitting on 3x
as many (worthless?) shares
Indeed as some may have done today (potentially because of short closing) you may even have started to
make some back.
Of course the real time to sell was a long time ago , when despite the we will fight this speech from
the directors it was clear to us they couldn't.
So instead you gambled that those that have overseen this debacle all the way down were going to
pull a rabbit out of the hat !
They did .
They stay employed a while longer.
But its their rabbit and they are taking it home with them.

66,870,883 sold in one hit. Not sure they would be taken by the MMs "just like that". That was clearly an institution selling, and normally those "sold" shares would have found a new home with "AN Other institution". I haven't sold and will let this ride and worst case scenario use the loss in my tax return to offset gains. The TR1s coming could be interesting and there may indeed be another twist, before any fat lady starteth her singing.

As per 771 ADVFN Share-chat above..... so my 0.48p buy this morning has now been sold for 0.6p....small profit for evening meal and drinks..lol! If this is true I can't see any value for ordinary shareholders but good luck to all holders (I have felt this type of pain many times in my AIM shares. I accept poor decision making leading to a downfall but many of my wipeouts have been the result of blatant theft....I'm not suggesting Esken Ltd. fall into this category )....ATB

And the deluded still voting down common sense - I don't take much notice of the thumbs down - but here it does show that you can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink...
