current mcap 9.6 mill, LSA sale say 400-500m.......

At the current price this is priced for absolute failure and zero. If this follows the Edinburgh sale, then this is currently massively mispriced.

I'm a buyer Monday morning, risk reward too good to ignore.

Thank you. I'm assuming it drops pretty quickly the more any potential buyer stalls before crossing 30%; halving then halving again before we know it :-(

Meanwhile, news re the potential sale of the airport could come any day, which would presumably put a stop on a major investor bidding for all of the shares (if the share price pops up nicely).

Tosca own 29%

This could get very interesting

Will Tosca make a move and trip the 30% mark?

Topped up here. On the basis, London Southend airport is worth more than £200m as we come out of the crisis !

Likely to be a massive pent up demand for international travel . Timing unclear but it’ll be there.

If you’ve got a london airport in your hands - you’ll be busy 👍🏼

current m/cap = £9.64m

London Southend Airport was bought by Esken - formerly the Stobart Group - in 2008 for £21m.

It's really just a waiting game to see if offers for LSA come through.

Incidentally, what is the highest price paid in the last 12 months?

Toscas shares worth £3m. So worth them taking a punt and increasing Their stake. They might as well buy the whole company out for £10m, sack the board and have a go themselves .

copied from orange33 on LSE:

"Dont think they will bid as they kept under a threshold, but news due on bond extension, sale/partnership

if LSA is worth say 500m post LHR deal then there's up to 25p value for SH, nothing compared to the highs of £2.70 but maybe some salvation

There was a 700m pre covid valuation

compelling RR from these levels due to the sellers

All IMO"

Under the Takeover Code, when a buyer acquires “control”; of a target company it must make a cash offer to all shareholders offering to acquire their shares at the highest price paid in the last 12 months. The Takeover Code deems “control”; of a target to arise when a buyer acquires shares carrying 30% or more of the voting rights.
