Hi m4rtinu,

That's what I was trying to say. Thanks for clarifying.

Good weekend All.

Thanks for that discussion. Good to see a normal non aggressive, respectful, no foul language interaction. Let's hope eqtec shares have some respect for our financial futures.

Don't worry, I think it was good for us to have the discussion. Gave us a chance to share our opinions on value. Good to see we're all largely positive on the future! I don't like it when people pitch in with crazy unfounded valuations, although obviously I hope they come true!

Just admit it you got your calculation wrong and you forgot about the new shares. Easy mistake to make.

Best to base any action on News, also any broker comments such as Arden report and of course keeping a level head

Use of proceeds

In order to take full advantage of the near-term opportunities available, the Group is seeking to raise approximately £10 million (before expenses) pursuant to the Fundraising for:

1. specific project development capital to be deployed to accelerate the timing of identified projects, using RDF in the UK and Ireland and Biomass in Europe, to financial close and invoicing by EQTEC;

2. the settlement of outstanding principal, interest and fees due to the Riverfort Lenders, up to an amount of approximately £311,000 (further details set out below);

3. further IP development, contract suite improvement, IoT software development and additional human resource; and

4. the Group's general working capital requirements.

Stuayres. But admit it your calculation was wrong then on the Market cap surely you should calculate post placing shares issued ? Just happy to here you agree

They will have more shares but they will also have more cash and obviously an increase of the MCAP.

the market already has these shares priced in which is why the share price has seen a 30% drop ! On the 15th July there should not be any sudden upset :)
ETQ now need to go out and prove that this fund raise was strategically good business.

when the new shares get admitted on 15th July mcap will increase.... Whatsthepoint has a point ....
nicktopten

12:17
No it's not new shares issued will increase mcap. Or are you expecting the share price to suddenly drop dramatically on 15/7 when they are added to current total. Why are you all being so naive
whatsthepoint
10/7/2020
12:15
current mcap is about £20.5m gbp which is about 23m euros

the actual spread is closer to 48 sell/ 48.2 buy.. so all reported trades are being stuck in the sell column !! :)

Stayures I think your valuation is a little flawed with 6.86 billion shares in issue the current Mcap is nearly double your claim at 36.7 million euros so actually no upside on your comment whatsoever. Just a point of clarification so no one is misrepresented.
