PDF file in the link below.

You won't be alone so hence limited upside. If poor take up on placing watch this close a lot lower

Accelerating the big Billingham and Irish projects. Revenues previously projected at 36m for 2021 and 66m for 2022. Could exceed that now.

Well, this is certainly good for the company. We all knew they'd need cash at some point and this removes the sword of Damocles hanging over the share price. It's good to see the Altair debt converted to equity too.

EQT is now in excellent financial shape to embark on its exciting expansion over the next few years.

I wish whatever school the serial 'marker down' attends would re-open.

As it’s a 35% dilution at the current price, wait and see how this plays out in the first hour today. Primary Bid will transfer any shares bought to your nominated share account but you have to buy upfront through debit card and it can take a week or two to get them transferred.

Obviously, big expansion required hopefully based in closing several opportunities, so more working capital required. Should be good medium term but its dilutive short term

The Company has now been informed by its local partners in Greece that a leading Greek bank has approved the funding for the project, subject to terms and conditions which will be incorporated in formal legal documentation. Subject to finalisation of legal documentation, this is now expected to enable financial close on the project and the Company will provide further updates in due course.

Thanks folks for replies. They have to go a general dealing account not a SIPP or ISA

Fund/share account I can understand, but if you pay on a debit card - you can't transfer them to a SIPP/ISA.

You message HL to say you have shares being transferred in and tell them which account you want them applied to, assume will need to have headroom in ISA or SIP though. Have only done this before on my fund/share account as ISA full so check small print on primary bid.

More and more companies are using Primary Bid. Much cheaper, faster and more convenient for them than doing rights issues. Yet they can say that the existing shareholders have been given a chance to participate. I don't think that's fair on most of us but it's the new way for sure.

As sloppyg says, you usually get the chance to buy close to that level in the open market in an ISA or SIPP. But when there's a hefty discount, as in this case, that tends not to happen.
