Mkt cap of £13m with 7 billion shares issued.

The current share price represents a significant discount from the recent £10m placing.

Still very risky imho.

Doom... doom... bleak... misery and doom...Do not believe a word of it. An army of people on here want to see how low it can go... seizing upon buying opportunities as it dips.In my view - get in now and quickly. Once in - stay in! Do not miss the rapid recovery from these levels... and more importantly the potential meteoric rise in the medium to longer term.

Dont gamble your hard earned money on EQR until the facts are known and the case has been determined. Too Risky at this stage with further sells in the pipeline, still a falling knife aaarrgghh!!! Could be years before the case is determined!! Too Risky.. if i were in the management team i would be looking for another job asap its a very SAD day for EQT.

Disastrous legal challenge in the USA, where foreign companies never win in court, and American entities routinely steal advantage from foreign Companies via spurious legal challenges.

A real test for this company.

It is likely EQT has insurance to cover events like today. They have little commercial interest in the US. They have also secured blue chip investment through the placing. A reassuring statement fro Palumbo will see this fly again . For a limited time investors have a chance to get in significantly below a placing price that was itself 33% discounted. Whats not to like?

Here is a link to Aries' gasifier tech. It is called "fluidized bed gasification". Eqtec's is called "bubbling fluid bed gasifier". The article does say that "fluidized bed gasifiers have been around for over a hundred years". Make of it what you will.

Aries Clean Energy don't look a tin pot outfit either. Sounds like these guys got there first. EQT look in serious trouble if they're being sued by them.

Have to say I'm so disappointed with the way this share has turned out. DP must have egg all over his face with his new II mates - or were they aware of the news and demanded the big discount off the pre-fund raise share price to get it away..? Result - PIs get shafted as usual.

EQT at 0.375 so lets see how well support level at 0.275 holds. If it breaks then 0.2 or less. Remember i told you support level at 0.275 will be tested. We still have a fffaaallling knife...arrrgghh!!

The septic tank broke out and that is a good news. There is a huge competition (they want to weed competition out from local market) and big profits in green energy. Should be any recovery and discounted shares should be fast pick up.
