Ah, that's better! Unfortunately I have some shares he owns too. PHE and TILS. He's noisy on those boards too. Zillions of shallow posts, all black and white and simplistic.

I doubt they will raise the required amount.

Many long term shareholders probably lost more than the directors gained today. Nice way to treat your shareholders.

Only one director has more than. 1% holding. That's awful

DP was faced wuth a much larger pipeline of actual orders, let alone pipeline deals not yet closed, than a small company like this could digest ie handle efficiently. He will make much more profit from any one of these deals than the it cost him to raise this money.

He has raised it so quickly as to startle the market. There has been no time for the pessimists to spread worry about over extension of the company.

He is sailing in the sunshine now with a target market of 500 polluting incinerators to replace ...and No Competition. Well done Palumbo!

Might depend on the platform. I use Android and number of shares was asked.

I was asked how many shares I owned. Strange that there's a disparity given it's the same app.

Post 1606 - I was only asked if I was a current shareholder - not size of holding.

Same here. Had to buy on the open market at higher than the offer price plus pay commission and tax - but already at break even! Greek deal is good news while fundraise enables EQT to push on with developments more quickly. Good job I'm in for the longer term...

In addition fozzie you had to disclose how many shares you owned so prob max you would have been allowed related to your holding PLUS Only had a short time frame to effect the purchase!!!

I MISSED OUT!!!!

I have bought thru PrimaryBid this morning and won't be flipping for a quick 20%. It's the first PB placing that i have participated in. Lets hope for a return to the recent highs in reasonably short order. Going to have to bed n isa to move them over at some point as well which is a pain.

Disgraceful that a lth like yourself hd couldnt participate and illustrates my earlier point. Lth shareholders miss out, discount way too large and penalises early adopters who saw the potential early and got in, and thats not to mention peeps buying over the last few weeks at much higher prices. I bought in the sixties and seventies as well recently. We move on.
