I suspect present shareholders could have taken the full placing. I accept it seems to be the defacto way of raising quick funds in this Covid environment but i don't have to like it.

Share price will be choppy I would think as lots of 'new' short termers flip their shares for 20% for a mornings work. It's why i hate this way of raising money!

Offer closed at 10.21 ahead of the 12.00 deadline. This means it was well oversubscribed so price will start to recover.

If you look at the RNS 4 major directors have agreed to take approx 140m shares instead of 40% of their salaries over the next 12 months. They are going to be rather wealthy individuals!

I’ve subscribed for another 2M+ via the offer. Hope I get them all. Temporary blip in the share price but the offer is adding £10m to the company’s coffers to fund more and speedier development. Can only be good. Onwards and upwards!

Based on near term contract completion this was undervalued at 0.7p. This is now 0.55 with an all but guaranteed £10M raise clearing out debt in the process. They have imminent income arriving through Greece, now that the bank has approved funding, as the contract is almost a done deal. We now have North Fork, Billingham and Ireland to look forward to. The current market cap is assuming none of the potential deals will go ahead.

I have taken up the offer via primary bid which was very easy. I have also bought heavily in the market this morning as the business case has not changed.

Possibly Volsung however on another board for this share, some were quoting 5p plus.

This sector is an excellent investment but it will take time to come to fruition. The likes of ITM and PHE to some extent are certainly well overvalued.

stuayres, infact EQT have eliminated their debt and interest today, so it's even better. I have doubled my holding.EQT are a FTSE company in the making.

Too many shares in issue now for this to show any significant rise in the future....maybe might hit 1p in 18 months.

They're raising capital without increasing debt. It's a pain today but nothing else has changed. Pipeline remains the same, of course gasification tech like this has a big future. When you buy in at this price at this stage of a company's life under new mgt you can expect volatility. But the prospects remain good in my opinion.
