Entain Takeover Rumours (ENT)

I'm not surprised the SP is dropping like a stone at the moment. The Australian problem and the Flutter profit warning means Entain is an obvious shorting opportunity. All we can do is hold and wait for some good news. At some point the shorters must reverse their positions at which point I expect the SP to recover quickly. There is also the possibility that the lower it goes the more attractive it becomes to a takeover bid, probably from the U.S.

lol,we don't need to do our own research ,he does it all for us..!Joking a side,IMO,i do think Entain or Evoke will get bought out in the next few months..DYOR...!!We called the last Willaim Hill takeover .that share went to 30p in the dark days of covid,bought out at £2.78 & should have been more as they turned down a higher bid from Apollo,White House is very good ,he calls alot of things correctly...

I was a bit lucky selling at 23 quid back in 2021 on the potential takeover RNS - had one (loss-making) trade since then. But now back in as an investment at just under 600p. Dividend yield 3% not too bad - but I suppose most are now awaiting M&A activity ?

Yep if the analysts were any good they would be full time traders..!They seem to get most things wrong ,im in Evoke & Entain for one reason,takeover ..!All with the money i made on William Hill takeover...Flutter far too big to ever be bought out!I am fairly confident both will be bought out eventually IMO.Just have to be patient & not panic...

If the Entain share price goes much lower I'll be able to make a takeover bid for the company myself!
