Empyrean Energy PLC (EME: AIM) announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at Cenkos Securities, 6.7.8 Tokenhouse Yard, London EC2R 7AS 10.00 a.m. on 27 September 2022.

The Company advises of a delay in the publication of the Company's financial results for the year ended 31 March 2022. As a result, the Company has been unable to publish the Company's 2022 Annual Report together with the Notice of AGM. Given that the Company is required to hold an AGM each year within six months of its financial year end, the Company's 2022 AGM will be held on 27 September 2022, however, it is expected that this meeting will only deal with the resolutions that do not relate to the 2022 Annual Report.

An adjourned AGM will then be reconvened at such date and time as will be notified to shareholders as soon as possible once the Company's 2022 Annual Report is made available.

Very last date for accounts is probably 7/8th September to squeeze AGM in by month end. I imagine he is expecting/hoping for Duyung news so the Directors Report can make good reading.
Elsewhere,the continuing fall in Sterling has made our 8.5% ownership about 10% more valuable over the last few months

Tommy is allowed to issue the final results. They have been in August for the last three years. Perhaps he's hesitant to give a reality check.

Even if it's possible for TK to say something, remember, he is world famous for saying absolutely nothing to shareholders. I remember a few years ago his silence was so bizarre, so inexplicable, that I suggested he might be suffering from clinical depression or some such.Do any other LTHs remember those bad old days?If he is true to form we will hear nothing unless and until it is absolutely necessary for him to announce it.

Couldn't TK say something like HoA have been signed with 2 companies for Duyung gas. These have now been agreed with the interested parties and GSAs submitted for Government approval. We expect to receive confirmation within the next 10 years......lol

Well I thought it was time to average down so I bought another 10 grand this morning @1.23 and though that was probably the bottom. Now I could have got them even cheaper. How sad.
