MMs are expecting an increase in activity one way or another.
It would not be unrealistic to expect to find in the Report several clarifications, and just maybe a surprise development or some concrete news about the next step(s) in the drilling campaign. Any of that would form the basis for investors to take positions immediately after several months of silence.

Based on last year's timetable, the Annual Report will be posted Friday next week, 26th August. People buying ahead of that.

Huge apologies, I saw a message about an expected Coro meeting update today, then saw the Proactive article dated 15 August and thought that was today's news.

Unfortunately it is from 2019. Sorry I have not been holding this share long so do not know the full history. I'll get my coat.

Additionally, I believe they shorted some, or all, of their balance for conversion in the run up to the drill results. It was a duster and subsequently bought them back at around 2-2.5p. If Jade had been a success, they would have converted again at 8p. They now just hold the current outstanding debt.

A slight hole in your theory, I believe.

The CLN holders don't have the 27.5 million shares they converted. They shorted the market around 10/11p and converted twice at 8p to cover their shorts for the 27.5m. If they hold 27.5m shares - where is the TR1?
