The Sage,
Tom has just shy of 89,000,000 shares
The majority of these have been either free shares or cheap options (yes some he has paid for at the going rate at the time)
In 15+ years he has made just one good move by getting us involved in Duyung (despite the fact we turned down an extra chunk of it)
Every other project has been a failure
So just what has he done (other than Duyung) to secure the best return on his/our investments?

Hi JJ. Just while it's half time, the point I was making was that the boss has a lot of wonga invested in this just as we have. He certainly has a lot more than I do and I'm sure he'll be looking to secure the best return for his investment. If you're watching the match, enjoy the second half.

The only saving grace is that he has skin in the game. Didn't he buy some at 9p a good while back? We can't be too far away from an announcement now. I think the AGM is in September.

Maybe I didn't put it very well for you. Peeps generally seem to be doom and gloom on this. I'm not. I've been buying a few more. Monday is just another day - I agree. Others seem to think otherwise. I hope we have a stonking GSA on Monday. It'll hit one day.
As for concrete evidence, that is obviously impossible. You can either believe my "understanding" or not. I couldn't give a damn either way. Probs best just filter me.

All doom and gloom.
My understanding of the CLN conversion rights is that effectively the company has 20 days in which to comply. More than enough time to react even IF TK doesn't have it covered already.
He doesn't want a placing, the Note holders just want their money (rather than our assets) and I would be sure they are in contact to keep everything under control.
The world will not end on Monday!

I presume the LN holder has already taken some big hits through conversions (unless cashed in at that time). I also presume LN holder can demand full payment on Tuesday. That might trigger a default position on debt.. What next? This is no way to manage a Company. I hope we don't get suspended.

JJ...so you would hand over Duyung to the loan note holders for £2.7mln? That would leave us with no cash, Topaz to fund and Ca. producing 2 farts of gas a day!
