Ah yes forgot birotop, the 4th 'member'. I've been around long enough to not listen to the ones who've been in a share for years, stuck on the same bulletin board moaning about how it's the BoD's fault, the cat's fault, in fact anyone's fault but their own.

Please tell me, what makes you an expert when you have clearly bought at the wrong time, misread or misunderstood the risks, but not had the balls to cut and run to minimize your losses? You're actually a failure and should probably stay out of it.

EME owns 8.5% of Mako, but can't participate in any field development as they have no funds. If they could arrange an agreement with Conrad for shares in the IPO equal to what they are prepared to pay for the 8.5% of Mako, if you could save the company.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am very dubious that any tie up with Conrad is likely or desirable.

It's going to take some time to IPO Conrad and once we have the GSA it would be quicker to sell Duyung.

As Baldrick would say it's a dead herring!

Sue/George...also puzzling how they could do it and what would it mean to the share price .. as it then make our share price dependent upon Conrad performance, share price and therefore on Conrad management rather than Tom's...ffs let's get it done if it takes Tom out of the equation!!

Sue, I did wonder whether EME could somehow be a beneficiary of the IPO, but the owner of Mako is West Natuna Exploration Ltd (of which EME owns 8.5%), not Conrad. Conrad will IPO Conrad, which has wider interestes than Mako/West Natuna, so it would be difficult to see how EME could be gifted shares in a listed Conrad.

At this point I feel TK should let 29/11 expire, divi out 50/60% of Duyung return 'God knows when' ... and hold some cash for new opportunities 'else where'

Nametrade, let's say Duyung is worth a net $40mln, or 4x the current share price Tom could keep $28mln within the company for Topaz etc and pay out $12mln or c. 1.2pps. So anybody holding 1mln shares would get a £12k divi...at least it would be a bankable return not subject to MMs and the ups and downs of the market.

Anyway, it's just a thought as to what happens when the GSA lands and Tom has a decision to make.

Shock horror Topaz is a duster!!!

This is O&E and the odds are on a duster.

Dividend from an O&E explorer...unusual to say the least.

TK may decide he's had enough if Topaz bums out and does sell up the assets and divy as he has 88m resons why his divy would be BIG!

It is possible that Conrad gives EME shares in Conrad IPO. This way, EME can sit on the shares till 2024. These shares can also be used as collateral to partly finance Topaz in a farm in deal.

Trouble with that Laz is that

1) How much of a divi will you get with what's left?...not a fat lot between 788.5M.
2) Assuming Topaz fails what do they do then?....Don't think selling California will get them the airfare to sign the contract....so they are then knackered..
