Buzz,

‘ At least she has the balls to stand up to him.

Do you think we should let the Ukranians take all the suffering and do all the fighting.’

I’m guessing you are nowhere near as long in the tooth as I am. The zeitgeist is that we must care and vocalise support for others. The reality is that we are actually more aggressive. Walking down the street at night is more dangerous than it’s been for a long long time. Do you think we should send support to the Uighurs, many many places all over Africa? No, of course not, just the current poster boys being persecuted.

Don’t get me wrong, of course it’s appalling what Putin is doing, but don’t lecture me on who and what I should care about. I’m sure the Jews weren’t and aren’t exactly at the front of your mind for support. What about the Palestinians who in turn are caught in a lopsided war against the Israelis, who are far superior in arms and manpower, and also supported by the Yanks. Why? Because it suits the USA to take their side.

As for Liz Truss standing up to Putin, give me a break. It’s that sort of unnecessary chest beating that makes us more likely, however small the chance that London will be nuked by him. Live in London do you?

Not much to say about EME until we get more news, but apologies for the off topic posts anyway. It just infuriates me when keyboard warriors espouse the same attitude that led to us imposing ourselves on others many times over the centuries. We’ve done a lot of good in defence of others of course, but her empty words do nobody any good.

Gift of a price at mid 2's. I agree with the observers who see value in the Mako Gas. It's worth around £50m to EME so a good 3 and a bit times your money at this level.

Does anyone have any expectation when we will get feedback from the logs? I thought I'd read the rig is still onsite

Like all the LTHs I was extremely disappointed and somewhat surprised that there were zero oil shows. The oil migration study from 2018 seemed to strongly suggest that there were numerous pathways to fill Jade. The question Gaz needs to be asking is where did the oil go ??

No. The point is that everyone including market makers and shareholders know that EME own 8.5% of Duyung. Yet they put a value of about £20 million on the company. They know about GSA's and the size of the asset. They do not believe EME can fund their share of development costs or has the stomach or intention of doing so. The value placed on the company is what they think EME will be worth to a buyer. Multiplying the number of bcf in the ground by what is obtained in any GSA is only relevant to the buyer/developer.

Be careful.

The fact is Duyung is valued at 9 to 10p.Therefore buying at 2.5p to 3p offers a 3 to 4 bagger on a assets that is actually real.Possibly as a good a getting a result at Jade in the first place.

Hang ten,If you hadn't blocked my posts you'd be aware that I sold almost all of my holding many months ago.Maintained a small interest out of FOMO & a stubborn refusal to accept that TK could really be as incompetent as I feared.

It’s begs the question why you would waste your life to spend the time scrolling back over a few years….? Each to their own..

I’ve done a scroll back on this site over a few years and some guys on here appear emotionally addicted to the company and this forum. Very unhealthy in my honest opinion for your finances, life time management and ultimately mental health.

I can only guess you’ve invested so much time on here you can’t bear to let go as it will be admitting defeat and massive wasted time.

Walk away guys and don’t shoot the messenger.

Buzz,

‘Buffy

The way Putin is going won't be long for all of us!!!’

More like the way that silly little girl Liz Truss is opening her gob that raises our profile as a target.

curry,
We have no funds so massive dilution required all on another pipe dream
Sell all our assets and move on
He would surely get approx 10p per share
That’s £9 million for him to retire on
Surely even Tom must now have had enough of chasing non existing pots of gold at the end of rainbows?

I hope we sell Duyung at the earliest opportunity, and that he puts that in writing in a RNS that is the plan!

After that who knows, if they were so convinced oil was there, perhaps they will have another go.

Surely he will call it a day, sell up and move on?

After Tuesday's sell off I decided to wait to see how Wednesday would pan out before deciding on a de risk. Wasn't expecting the TD duster RNS 1st thing so that put paid to that.
Just got to hope the GSA will help to claw back some of our losses.
Don't think much of today's dead cat bounce if it can even be called that.

Beg. There are plenty who've considered certain goings on suspicious at EME over recent times and I've always felt appreciative, and supportive, of your own doubts (often considered contrarian by some on here) being voiced.

The thing is, most private investors who peruse these boards prefer not to involve themselves in the personal vendettas and pathetic name calling, unfortunately all too frequent on some threads. In my case, they just spoil the value of the investment based forum and are permanently filtered.

But, something does NOT ring true at all here and I'd love to know who exacty benefitted from the en masse bail out on Tuesday evening, prior to 'duster' RNS being issued a whole 10 days ahead of schedule (on a 26 day drill!) yesterday..?

I'm pleased to see a few more people raising an eyebrow at some of the things that have gone on here. Those if us that have been pointing these things out over the last couple of years have had to take plenty of stick from the permarampers like starzerus & Hang ten etcThey refused to acknowledge everything wasn't nailed in here.
