27/4/2022 15:55 | Yes, Duyung always was a safety valve for investors. Most of us have been in oilers for a long time and it's handy to have something to fall back on. I agree with other posters, sell it and pay us off. | the sage
27/4/2022 15:45 | From Jasper on Telegram: Received a long email from Tom. Goes without saying they’re gutted. Regarding Duyung; they believe news will be soon, progress has been made. I will be speaking to Tom further next day. | jamesiebabie
27/4/2022 15:42 | How is TK going to get his money out? Outright sale of Duyung and special capital distribution. | blueblood
27/4/2022 15:41 | Laz, you were right about being on the leader board……. | nametrade

27/4/2022 15:24 | Chuckling. ps. I'll be able to sleep tonight. | jamesiebabie
27/4/2022 15:22 | price climbing now, wouldn't want to be out for the weekend! | lazarus2010
27/4/2022 15:13 | Other than an expected date of early 2022 for the Duyung project update from the interim report has anything more recent been communicated? | ciminna
27/4/2022 14:41 | If they could get anyone to join in however that's different matter but highly unlikely by looks of things. | blueblood
27/4/2022 14:40 | Not sure I've got the appetite for another go in SCS. We need to see how valuable Duyung really is first and then hopefully see share price recover to at least 6p. Getting the $2m back would also be good start to turnaround! | blueblood
27/4/2022 14:39 | You loose some and you win some many thanks to TOON for his efforts to keep us informed now its time to look forward if they think TOPAZ is wort drilling talk to CNOOP and offer them a percentage of your share for a free carry reduce the risk and its on wards and up wards from here better luck next time g l a | mhfrancis
27/4/2022 14:34 | Hi. CE. Good post.... :)K | kumala
27/4/2022 14:11 | I was as bitterly disappointed as any following the announcement that Jade has been drilled to TD without any trace of oil, despite the confirmation of a methane gas cloud above the field. Perhaps the further trace analysis to be done on the drilled hole might turn out to be useful in interpreting EME's remaining options in the South China seas. And let us not forget that the real prize was expected to be the Topaz project, possibly with the Pearl field as a valuable follow-up. I expect the Jade result will lower the respective GCoS estimates, so I have restored the ealier estimate for Topaz to 35% in the Volume and Valuations table in the header, though not yet the resulting P10/Mean volumes. I wonder if Cenkos will come up with revised etimates. Nevertheless, the promise from those fields remains pretty exceptional. Of course, funding of further exploratory projects is a major consideration - perhaps a successful Duyong outcome will provide the means, as has been mooted many times in the past. Best regards to all, c | crosseyed

27/4/2022 13:34 | Did Gaz find them in a waste paper bin? | astorcourt
27/4/2022 13:34 | Can't see that Topaz will pursued now that the model has been shown not to be trusted. | begorrah88
27/4/2022 13:33 | How much was paid for those china licenses? Is it correct they were giveaways? | astorcourt
27/4/2022 13:30 | Agreed JJ, can't argue with that but what's done is done now | blakieboy7
27/4/2022 13:25 | blakie, The perfect time for news would have been during the drill The price would have gone up into the teens allowing those who wanted to de risk the opportunity (me included) Not only have we had awful luck with the drill we’ve had awful luck with the gsa imho Anyway it is what it is and all the bad news is now priced in Can only go up from here as long as Tom doesn’t lose his head (which I can’t see happening) | judijudi
27/4/2022 13:22 | Personally I would have refrained from commenting on the Chinese companies involved in the drilling.. This in Kelly's statement ... "We would like to thank CNOOC for all their support, CNOOC EnerTech for managing a 'successful' (LOFL!)operation, and COSL for conducting a safe drilling operation. " 'SUCCESSFUL' !! Yes for these companies, they got paid whatever the outcome.. No wonder CNOOC wasn't getting involved and paying nothing until it was proven up.. | grannyboy
27/4/2022 13:16 | Stew, while it's taken Conrad a long time, surely you'll agree it's played in our favour with price appreciation. Now would be the perfect time to receive this news | blakieboy7 |
