05/2/2021 17:22 | I see there were a flurry of buys at the end of the day, one of them was mine. | lendmeafiver
05/2/2021 15:57 | Plus with figures like you quoted Cyberbub, the payback period would surely reduce to below 2 years? The company website quote $360 MOP per tonne with a payback of 2.9 years. | westie50
05/2/2021 13:28 | If we get to $475, which to be fair is only the 'base case' in the FS (the management and I myself are using the more conservative MOP value one step below) then the economics here will be amazing... | cyberbub
05/2/2021 13:03 | Thanks Garry. I'd say it is a level likely to be retested. | rajawali
05/2/2021 11:23 | Thanks, that’s a great help Garry/Gateside. | mesb48
05/2/2021 10:00 | Raj , you can click on historical prices when potash was over 475 USD per tonne 9 years ago . | garryvaughan
05/2/2021 09:58 | There is a 10 year chart in this article | gateside
05/2/2021 09:28 | indexmundi only has prices back to November 2020. Since then, the ags space has exploded and major broadacre growers are seeing impressive gross margins which means input prices are going to appreciate. Include potash. Handy tailwind, for sure. | rajawali
05/2/2021 09:17 | indexmundi.com is a free site and shows historical chart . | garryvaughan
05/2/2021 08:56 | Can anyone suggest a free website where I can see current MOP potash prices, and better still the historical trend? | mesb48
04/2/2021 17:11 | Market starting to bet which of these great projects is most likely to hit the home run first. Obviously not this one 🤣💦 | qsmeily456
04/2/2021 03:13 | China continues to buy extraordinary volumes of most commodities, particularly those requiring potash. Look at Canola. Prices are looking like a Bitcoin chart - up 60% in just 6 months and right at the level where the last peak was in 2008. Potash story could not be better. Nor could location. Look at the relative 3 year performance of peer companies e.g. Danakali (-42%), Highfield (-34%)...and Emmerson (+211%). Market starting to bet which of these great projects is most likely to hit the home run first. | rajawali
03/2/2021 16:54 | Yes cyberhub. You're right re national tax revenue plus i'll add the project will increase local GDP by 40% per capita plus the thousands of local jobs. EML Management have taken this whole process with the seriousness it deserves and i'm sure have been liaising with the authorities during the whole process. i've no doubt the permits will be issues which in turn will unlock the finance process. | westie50
03/2/2021 16:27 | Westie it's very hard to see why the Morocco govt would refuse the permits for a project that will add a full 1% to their national tax revenue!Worst case scenario the relevant ministry might ask for some clarification on a few points, maybe a minor delay. But I think the risk of this is very low, the company have used reputable consultants (including a prominent in-country scientist) to prepare the ESIA documentation and permit applications. I'd be very surprised if there was any gap or flaw in the applications.Added to this the management's hints on the presentation last week, and I hope we will get the permits later in February personally.NAI | cyberbub
03/2/2021 16:21 | Yasyas please control yourself? | cyberbub
03/2/2021 13:50 | The most difficult and time consuming part.....3years from any cash rolling in and meanwhile lots of dilution and debt Just the facts no deramp | qsmeily456
03/2/2021 13:45 | Nice to see a turnaround here today although quite honestly the day to day share price movements don't really interest me. I'll be more interested in where we are towards the end of the year. i also think we cannot underestimate the importance of the permits. Without those, we won't get finance. However as they're 'nailed on' I have great hopes for a very good finance deal. | westie50
03/2/2021 13:30 | Sorry if you are not interested why are you even here?? You clearly just deramp!! | yasyas1 |
