With the Company now in receipt of the full subscription sum, Shenyang now effectively owns 29.9% of ECR and pro rata 29.9% of MGA, the subsidiary which holds the exploration licences in Victoria.

Is it likely that there will be a spin-off ASX listing of MGA at some point beyond the drilling stage, when a decision on whether to go forward into production will be made?

I bought a few here when this retraced a little end of February and although some paper profit has evaporated, I have met Craig Brown and have great confidence in him that just like with KYS, shareholders here will do exceptionally well here.

I believe he himself stated that he intends his shareholders make ten times their money here, but five would be fine too.

It's a completely different company now, Clayson gone, no debt and I'm pretty sure Shenyang was one of Craig Browns' old contacts when he was at the helm of Kryso, so he probably has an old boy network to rely on, which bodes well for the future imo.

Assuming that the subscription will be completed and Shenyang then recommend two directors to be appointed to the ECR Board, with a 29.9% holding in the Company, would that effectively make Shenyang the boss?

Would they, perhaps, be interested in a spin-off ASX listing of MGA, the 100% ECR held subsidiary which holds the majority of the Company exploration licences in Victoria?
