If the assets are good, maybe shareholder activism like with Nyo. Hold egm, get rid of board. Install new board. Inject cash on favourable terms...

ECR longs must be gutted watching MTR over the last few months.Paul Johnson and the back office team finally getting away with executing the model they tried to spin here.After everything, ECR was just the test run. MTR will of course also end in tears -losses, dilution, warrants, failure, no shareholder value.
