Bought in this morning....looking like a new company here in essence, new, proven board with focus....funding secured....Brown came over well in his recent interviews...

We could do with a new thread here perhaps....bit messy in the header with old news...not my expertise I'm afraid but thread creator here hasn't posted for four years...

One big plus is the 100% ownership of both the Oz assets and the SLM assets in Argentina.

Totally in charge.

And working on both prospects this year.

take aways


- strong news flow to come
- drilling to start (old grades seem of double bonanza so drill results could be very high grade)
- mine could be quick start up low capx
- subject to the economics the ozzy assts could be spun off
- if they are the losses could finally realise some real and substantial value (been around for 6/7 years , the losses, if not longer)
- then of course there's Argentina

Interesting interview and he was very confident and honest I thought. I am in MTR not ECR as yet but it has given me pause for thought.

I like the idea of a "spin-off" new ASX listing.

Doesn't ECR own 100% of MGA, the subsidiary with substantial accumulated tax losses that potentially could be used in the future?

Craig Brown is certainly very confident on ECR's prospects going ahead.

If he can do the same with ECR as with Kryso then the future is bright.

The last company Kryso most of our investors made 10x on their money. I don't see any reason why they can't out of ECR."
