19/5/2017 16:11 | Is the new bank account open yet? The Company should be in receipt of a further £60,000 by Monday 22 May. Pp. | piperpeter
15/5/2017 15:37 | Added another 150,000 at 1.82p. Both my buys showing as sells on ADVFN trades. | adorling
15/5/2017 15:32 | Just taken an initial stake here of 350,000 shares at 1.84p - good risk reward play from here IMO. | adorling
15/5/2017 11:04 | "Receipt Date" tomorrow? Pp. EDIT: READ RNS! | piperpeter
13/5/2017 21:03 | I have paid little or no attention to ECR for some time ... let me guess, still no confirmation from the Aussie tax authorities that the tax credits are valid? Just the ECR BOD claiming that's the case? So long as ECR doesn't actually make a profit, the tax credit issue can be kicked into the long grass | dean windass
13/5/2017 15:55 | I would think that when the subscription is completed, and Shenyang have their two recommended directors appointed to the ECR Board, there ought to be some stability to the share price. There will be a 12 month lock-up of the shares they (Shenyang) will then own and with a holding of 29.9% they will have a lot of sway with regard to the best way forward. Can't imagine they will want anything other than the Company to be a great success. Maybe there will be increased Chinese investment interest the closer the Company comes to the start of the drilling programmes in Australia and Argentina? Early days yet, but a great opportunity to get in on the first rung of the ladder. Still believe there may be potential for a spin-off ASX listing of MGA at some point. Pp. | piperpeter
12/5/2017 17:38 | It'll be hard for ECR to lose the reputation it got amongst AIM traders. What's Stephen Clayson up to now? | dean windass
12/5/2017 13:32 | Still only £2.3 million market cap? 4 days to "Receipt date"....... | piperpeter
28/4/2017 17:25 | Same company older thread. Enjoy. Note the number of shares in issue has increased rather. | freddie ferret
28/4/2017 14:35 | yes i lost in the past but recovered it this time with a little punt i have zero confidence hat this will ever do anything. but good luck to you as stated i will dip in again when it is 1.30 | cashchaser
28/4/2017 13:26 | Plus, this is a very old thread and the information in the header is obsolete. There is now only the gold project in Victoria, Australia and the SLM project in Argentina on which to focus. And the £2.4 million market cap. Pp. | piperpeter
28/4/2017 13:14 | I've only been here post consolidation. From what I read the Company paid off all outstanding major debt with the cash it had at the time. There was then a fundraising of £500,000 (RNS 06/09/16), which clearly states that this was not used to pay off debt. Then the consolidation of shares 200/1 and Capital Reorganisation (RNS 04/11/16). Now the current subscription by a Chinese Company for a 29.9% shareholding. And Clayson has gone. It sound's like you may have personally lost a lot of money here in the past. Is this correct? Pp. | piperpeter
28/4/2017 11:50 | Then there is the other subsidiary, Ochre Mining, in Argentina. It has 100% rights over the SLM Gold Project, "which may be suitable for relatively near term production". Are there not plans to drill this project as well in 2017? Pp. | piperpeter
28/4/2017 11:36 | And what then? I assume the Chinese Company has a reason to want 29.9% of the Company. Perhaps they wish to go drilling.....which may lead on to production? Perhaps there will be a spin-off of MGA with a separate ASX listing? MGA has historic tax loses which could be used to offset any potential future profits it potentially could make further down the road. Pp. | piperpeter
28/4/2017 11:01 | And what then | cashchaser
28/4/2017 10:19 | Two days to "Receipt Date"? Pp. | piperpeter
27/4/2017 15:46 | cashed out on 76% profit thank you | cashchaser
27/4/2017 14:49 | How is your "punt" doing from February 1 2017, cashchaser? Post Number 9297. Pp. | piperpeter |
