Such a significant result identifies this new target as a high priority for follow-up work." An image of the diamond which can be viewed on the Company website: hxxp://www.kareliand | temmujin

02/3/2017 11:46 | Interesting to hear in the Proactive Investors interview that the Chinese Company were initially happy to pay a premium to the share price at the time the deal was struck. The share price at the time was only 0.7 pence and they were prepared to pay 1 pence per share. The share price has now moved forward so it only now appears they got the shares at a discount. They obviously liked what they saw at the discussion stage, some months back. Pp. | piperpeter

28/2/2017 15:49 | Getting the financial position straight is the best thing they have done. Starting again with a clean slate, a board overhaul and the right man at the top, with the right connections, and the future suddenly looks very bright. Pp. | piperpeter
28/2/2017 15:37 | True but you don't put 500 grand in without due diligence. That might mean a reverse or buying a company that can use tax losses and the quote. I think this money is just the start. They must have been looking around for a vehicle and ecr fits the bill. Yes it's been a real dawg although I remember selling a lot of stock at many times current prices. Meanwhile someone is buying these in lumps. Maybe another Chinese company that has some ideas of where this is going? The best deal these directors have ever done by a mile | barnetpeter
28/2/2017 15:20 | Is it then possible that MGA could be listed on the ASX at some point to raise cash to bring the Oz assets into production? Pp. | piperpeter
28/2/2017 14:57 | Has there been any independent confirmation that the tax credits can be used? If I remember rightly, the only assurances investors have is ECR's BOD believing the tax credits can be used. Since ECR doesn't actually produce anything to sell, it can't make a profit anyway and it's stil just raising money to drill more holes in places where, for years, ECR has decided not to mine. It all seems a very distant and unlikely scenario with too many ifs ... first, ECR has to produce something then it has to try and sell it at a profit then it has to see if the tax credit is still valid. The general rule seems to be you find gold, you mine it. In theory, the BOD can go on forever just drilling holes, getting investors to stump up the money to pay the BOD handsomely for administering drilling in what have proven to be unpromising bits of rock ..... The Chinese investors believe they can make money. Lots of people have made money out of ECR even though it has gone nowhere near producing anything but samples and reports for years. Lots of people have lost money too. | dean windass

27/2/2017 18:38 | Just had a look at the January 2017 Investor Presentation on the Company website. Page 16 "Deepening Argentina/China relationship". Perhaps todays early RNS would have something to do with potential near term gold production in Argentina? We know ECR has its eye on the existing Esperanza Plant site nearby to SLM, or possibly establishing a new facility. Pp. | piperpeter |
