Dean, this is about a whole new drill programme and in Australia. Specifically in the Victorian goldfields, one of the most prolific gold producing regions in the world. There's nearology as well due to the close location to a couple of very big and successful mines. The first target areas are in and around old mines areas which stopped mining back in 1905 due to technological limitations of the time. New start for ECR and I look forward to seeing if their drill results come anywhere near the high grade historic stuff and the other nearby mines

I suggest everyone has a look at what commodities are fetching if they're ever taken out of the ground. Lots of producers are in the doldrums .... exploration companies like ECR may sometimes have the rights to drill holes in their bit of the planet ... at great expense and using other peoples' money whilst paying themselves a fortune for picking up the phone ans hiring the drilling company ..... but to believe ECR has any future, you really need to believe previous drills in Argentina "missed something" and that the world is dotted with abandoned mines and slag heaps that are, miraculously, full of precious stuff ...... now if gold was a worth a lot more than it is, some of these projects MIGHT be viable .... but ....

CEO interview in March worth watching for those who haven't seen it yet. He's very confident and sees substantial upside in the share price.

"Watch this space. There's a lot of newsflow coming. The company's still substantially undervalued and I think, you know, you could see a price increase of, you know, the company could be several times higher in the next few months.

The last company Kryso most of our investors made 10x on their money. I don't see any reason why they can't out of ECR."

Buyers tempted by the support level here by the looks of it including BigGib who has upped his stake to 5 million shares:

Decent entry point here getting in at the same price as the placees.

9503 - "...£2.2 million market cap?..."

Will soon be 247,605,240 shares in issue,
so MktCap (1.7p/share) = ~£4.2m...

cc, I quite enjoy reading everyone's opinion and yes I strongly believe ECR has great prospects, as do the new Chinese investors and others, no doubt.

It's unlikely we'll fall out and I look forward to sailing past your 2.05 target.

But in answer to my question to you in post 9403, cc, you did state in post 9405 that you had lost a lot of money here in the past. Is this correct?
