It's only 3 weeks since EJ reckoned the share price was on its way back to 16 quid. I warned that this looked over optimistic to me. Now when the share price seems to be loosing its upward momentum he says he is going to stop posting for a while.

Real toss up here. Covid not gone and could return yet flight bookings go balistic. Yesterday I went to book a flight to IoM from Liverpool great price but didn't press buy because we sorting out a house to stay in. Yesterday there were just 9 seats shared out or booked. 24 hours later there are 33 booked and that's just to IOM. It won't take long for Brits to splash some cash on flights. (I don't hold shares but might look tomorrow)

SocGen And Credit Suisse: #EZJ #EASYJET Pulled the trigger overnight on a cash call everyone had been expecting. Some 59.5m shares were placed at 703p apiece, a 5 per cent discount to Tuesday’s close, to raise £419m gross and expand EasyJet’s share capital by 14.99 per cent.

easyJet following its share placing ended with a flourish when the airline announced the sale and leaseback of six aircraft for just over £206 million.

The proceeds, which will be further used to strengthen its financial position, helped shares to rise 10.2p to 680.2p
