You would have been a huge loss to the BB had you decided to leave after just four weeks ;-)

Yes it looks like the short sellers timed it right on Friday just in time for the 11p rise. Idiot.

Oh and what is this new word becos ?

In other news we had a visit at the weekend from my brother in law and his wife who works for BA at Heathrow. Their flight are fully loaded (apart from a few seats) and forward bookings are strong. So for those doom mongers who said that people wouldn't fly for months were clearly wrong.

I think short sellers are getting hold of this again, the internal strife with management/majority share owners doesn’t bode well. I like EZ but I think the big winners will be IAG and Ryan, very focussed management, ruthless too, which is what is needed right now. Lufthansa will do ok too becos the German gov will protect it and wizz has e europe sown up.

DG, I'm sitting on a hefty paper loss but fortunately EZJ is only 0.5% of my portfolio. Happy to hold though.

Just checked Heathrow and there's sixty more departures left for today. In the old days there would be around three every two minutes.

EJ, same with restaurants. I see the survey out today showing 80% of people interviewed would not eat out in a restaurant at the moment.

EJ , there's just eighteen departures remaining at Gatwick for the rest of the day, that includes six from Easyjet
