22/8/2019 14:33 | Basically could be anything! | mano300
22/8/2019 14:13 | Brexit related - look at the FX move. | essentialinvestor
22/8/2019 14:07 | Not sure but there are currently a lot of trades going through ! Maybe one of the shorters came to his senses after his mid-day G & T :-) | tlobs2
22/8/2019 14:06 | Y has this just jumped up?? | mano300
22/8/2019 07:41 | Worry not Ryanair passengers, Easyjet will be there to pick up the pieces........ but not at Ryanair prices. and be quick, there are not many places left :-) With all these strikes and hundreds of 737 MAX groundings for other airlines I get the feeling that the next trading update will be very positive indeed. | tlobs2
21/8/2019 07:45 | Our sellers last week were ..... AQR Capital Management, LLC 1.70% 0.06% 16 Aug 2019 Marshall Wace LLP 1.70% 0.03% 15 Aug 2019 hxxps://shorttracker There is now a minimum of 4% short based on those over 0.5%. Based on 397m shares that is a huge hole to fill when the tides turn particularly when Stelios and his family hold such a large chunk of the remaining shares. With 397.21 million out there that is now a whopping 16m shares that will need to be purchased. What price? 950p to start then rising to 1000p, 1100p, 1200p ???? Happy days. | tlobs2
20/8/2019 11:12 | Ok. I bought some EZJ under 9 quid and don't plan selling under 950p. :0) | taurusthebear
20/8/2019 10:15 | Anyone , please post something positive regards Ezy. | vas007
19/8/2019 19:35 | Excellent news yump. It's about time these dead heads who let the country down with their loutish behaviour are blocked. The Easyjet aircraft will be filled with a far better class of passenger who might actually be prepared to spend money whilst onboard :-) | tlobs2
19/8/2019 16:48 | Easyjet may as well cancel all their flights to Majorca, then. :0) | taurusthebear
19/8/2019 16:42 | EU proposals for 'Tourist Test' for UK if no deal... Anyone heard about this ? Up to now the EU has had to accept UK tourists of all types, many of whom are pretty undesirable. If the free movement of people across the EU ceases, some member states are talking about a Tourist Test. Apparently particular attention will be paid to weight, alcohol level, dress (no sleeveless vests) and number and type of tattoos, on entering the holiday destination. | yump
19/8/2019 08:52 | It depends which of the shorters starts to close their positions ..... assuming that process has not already started. | tlobs2
19/8/2019 08:42 | Doubt it'll reach a tenner though before the the no-deal effect kicks back in. :0) | taurusthebear
19/8/2019 08:20 | Nice start to the week :-) | tlobs2
17/8/2019 11:23 | Speculation about a unity government yesterday to stop Brexit may have helped stemmed the fall. Don't see this outcome as likely. | essentialinvestor
17/8/2019 09:28 | no chance of luft y bid!!😂...The | sparty1
16/8/2019 11:11 | Tom89, the last rumour was Lufthansa due to the quality and size of the Easyjet network particularly after their takeover of Air Berlin. Easyjet are a well respected profitable operation with significant assets in terms of routes, large fleet of aircraft and experienced staff. Whoever it is that might be planning to put a bid in would be getting a bargain particularly at these prices. All IMHO. | tlobs2
16/8/2019 08:17 | VIX at 21, this is no where near panic for wider equity markets. | essentialinvestor
16/8/2019 08:02 | Love panicky mks ... | sparty1
15/8/2019 21:12 | TTB Who do you think is likely to bid for them? | tom89
15/8/2019 21:03 | It may well go lower, but with about 50 business days to go until B-day I don't think you'll see it fall every day. A few twists and turns yet. | taurusthebear
15/8/2019 18:52 | Expecting a low before the leaving date as previously mentioned, this is not a surprise event. That being said, there remains a view leaving without a deal can still be stopped- we will soon find out. So a hard Brexit is not fully factored in yet, at least that's how I'm reading it. As multiple factors make up a daily share price It's in general terms only. | essentialinvestor |
