Looks like there has still been some selling into the strength, probably Ron Series ex Chairman. He had 2.5m last annual report & probably picked up maybe ?8-10m on settlement on retirement.

volume rising here as the ex-dividend date approaches. all healthy. IHT AIM funds will start to notice this as it hits their dividend tracker radar. All good, and will only get stronger over time.

Well those that had bought the dip post suspension are now up 50% momentos and EV/EBITDA ratio is still v.v.low IMO/DYOR and now with growing yield....

Looks like it's this contract from Feb 2019 -



The five-year agreement will see Wincanton work together with HMRC to check inbound shipments into the UK, operating two newly established Inland Pre-Clearance sites with associated transport. HMRC and Border Force undertake targeted checks inland, which help prevent mis-declared goods from flowing into the country.

HMRC had a number of specific requirements for suppliers to this contract; from general haulage and container transport experience through to the ability to provide secure, flexible warehousing and an industry leading safety record.

So I'd agree, it's not DX's space at all
