Good results (as foreshadowed in the trading statement). But will the market care? Seems however well this company performs the market is underwhelmed. Hoping today is different

Good point Markie, always thought it a bit cheeky of plcs who declare a divi then don't pay it for 3-4 months! haha.

Cheers

The signs have been there with the expansion they have been conducting.
Finally producing the figures we all suspected were coming! Although, this is better than I expected.

Great RNS IMO

c.£160m market cap and just delivered big increase in cash to c.£36m and EBITDA to c.£26m and return to divi list

2nd half weighted so should see increases if they hit full year, "confident" of doing so....DYOR

so could they do c.£30m ETBIDA H2? Could cash be nearer £50m Year end?

Either way £160m less cash say £40m for ease of maths and given cash generation can't be too far off that IMO already, so £120m EV, with c.£50-60m FY EBITDA I reckon?

This appears to me to be a stock that therefore is materially undervalued.

DYOR and views welcome

cheers

Roll on Monday. Either 50p or 15p. Or just 28p for ever more.

High expectation certainly isn't in the share price yet given rumoured fundamentals / cashflow / briefed divi return!

Still a bit of a dodgy, unloved dog with the historic suspension & governance issues.

Hopefully a bit like RR because of subdued interest and will rise on news rather than rumour / expectation.

Yes, I did. It was a poopie of Irregular Dimensions and Weight, but I delivered it. Without delay. Without damage. Some inevitable leakage, of course.

Certainly, when I was in the profession, auditing was one big training scheme paid for by the clients.

Back when I were young all that Auditors seemed to send was a bunch of half-wit grad recruits and a large bill...

It was driven by the Auditors. Seems to me like an overzealous auditor found out about it and decided he didn't think the company had taken sufficient action because of it. Probably thought they should sack the whole depot & close it down.... So they created an almighty kerfuffle and refused to sign off the accounts.

To be fair to the auditor, they have subsequently said "governance tightened", but they would have to wouldn't they once the auditor exploded the joint.

All purely speculative on my part ofc. And now literally everyone on the board has (former) FD on their resume so presumably things are now nice & tight!

Director resigned over a £50 bung , bit like a PM resigning over a birthday party ?
It's usually not about what happened but how it was handled afterwards.
Condoned, ignored , brushed under the carpet , lied about ?
As for the scale of the actual bribes and espionage are we ever likely to know what really happened ?

Markie7 indeed, it is utterly nuts.....GT resigned over this ffs? Shares suspended for a year due to a £50 attempted bung (allegedly).....nuts.....should be suing the directors for such mis-management IMO! haha.

GLA and top up time
