For those not already aware, DEC's new obsessively posting multi-alias visitor is an 'investor' in the rather dubious SYME. Take a look at its chart if you fancy a chuckle.

Tells you something of the calibre/predictive accuracy.

Enough said.

In price terms, the real selling starts to hit full swing when the US listing aligns with UK re trading under last quarter open

That's all the money still in , that held the spike hoping for more, having to fold before back in the red

If you look around for a few past examples of the above occurring, you will see what I mean

Sure. Its fkd

Averaging down is high probability futile; as there is now no price below where funds will bail you out

Most likely due to news coming that will not be sweet

To have a personal edge in the first instance to get any of those jobs, you must be able to demonstrate an ability

"Bend it like Beckham"

Dunno if like that pre 2000. Can only assume so but not sure

Anyway point is, this recent share price was a deal done before it ever fell

So, the city

Are they paying all these high salary lawyers and others, just to read a rule book? Surely its to find clean ways to maximise edge 'around'them?

Can you arrange an average forward sell price with a fund when starting a buyback programme?

More to the point, where in the rules forbids it?

putinaire

Shouldn't matter much anyway to bigger holders. Forward sell prices agreed on buyback scheme means it can fall 99% . Wont affect return

Oh, If it sometimes works that way. Doesn't mention it in most rule books lol

DEC is tanking in US !!! Sure open under £9.30 tomorrow Uk opens for trading.
Kaos get ready more funds to buy that is your last massaging here .
Institutions are shorting left right and centre although DEC again executed third day of huge buyback of shares but no match for institutions . Dec Board and Management are running out of ideas to steady the share price let alone maintaining it - SAD TIMD FOR SHAREHOLDERS
