Pump it & Dump it only work when the share(s) can go back up soon and not spiral down and down . With DEC , an investor needs plenty of cash to average down quite a number of times for pump it and dump it
to work - very risky - money can tie down for quite awhile !!!! Not advice 😃

DEC bought over 52900 shares , 3rd day with huge buybacks (over 13 to 14 times more than the normal daily buybacks for months )
All wars won on huge fire power at the start of war ( shock n awe tactic) .in DEC case,the Board & Management decided to fight this war with minimum fire power 🔥 at the beginning and now realised the war is losing decided to change and go for more fire power - I think is to late already most ground were lost ( at the expense of suffering shareholders)!!!! Sad state of affair
