Interesting...
Went to a local Hous of Fraser store last week. Morale not good and literally no stock been added for months. Obviously cannot verify this but no black trousers on sale and the bed linen selection was poor. A real Shame. Will be visiting the local Debenhams soon as have a gift card to spend (one of those life insurance promotional offers)

According to press Iranians are going to do their own cyber attacks and you know what that could mean?

Causing mayhem in the financial system? bring down the whole financial system can you imagine what that would do to the economics of a economy.

Money would dry up within hours people would not be able to buy food you would have riots on the streets. Services would come to a halt within minutes people would panic, food would be stolen from shops.

Forget about flying to the moon computer systems would be useless.

We are living in a dangerous world where the world could go into panic at any moment.

But when you live in a small island like I do with a small holding with a few livestock, and grow my own vegetables, and have my own generator and plenty of clean water I will be OK.

Good luck you will need it.

I wouldn't buy a retailer at the moment a recession knocking on the door world growth is slowing and UK politics and Brexit damaging to the UK as. GDP growth been downgraded again forecasts zero growth second quarter. The markets getting to heady at the moment.

With Trump ratcheting up the pressure on Iran which will have repercussions around the globe, 1 nuclear hit would solve once and for all further CVA's in the UK as it would be underwaters completely obliterated.

Any remnants would be highly nuclear reactive and not suitable to rebuild for a millennium.

All life would he extinguished in a micro second with a direct hit.

(Sharecast News) - The entire board of Dixons Carphone picked up some shares in the electronics retailer at the end of the week.
Their purchases came as the shares were trading near their lowest level for almost nine years.

From among the board, group chief executive Alex Baldock bought 150,000 shares for roughly £171,000 and its chairman, Lord Livingston of Parkhead, a further 100,000 for approximately £114,000.

For his part, finance director Jonny Mason bought £85,500-worth of stock.

The weather is a bit dreary , had a couple of light showers of rain ,but Debenhams full and lots of people carrying Debenhams full carrier bags.
Blackpool is full of buyers and people having a great time this Easter .

On the downside, Dixons Carphone tumbled as it reported a slump in full-year profit and warned of further falls in the current trading year.

Richard Hunter, head of markets at Interactive Investor, said: "The mobile business in particular is on life support, draining capital and resources prior to its integration with the electricals business. The rapidly evolving nature of this segment has threatened to leave Dixons behind and thus, as a matter of urgency, the company has renegotiated its network contracts, although such benefits will take time to wash through. Elsewhere, tepid group revenue growth, lower free cash flow, higher net debt and a previously slashed dividend are far from being cause for celebration."
