Ashley also doing a sale and lease back on one of its warehouses. Suggests he needs the cash short term helps cashflow long term its a bad idea its always better owning a freehold.

Have mixed feelings on Ashley he has done well over the year but not as clued up as I first thought.

Messed up big time with Debenhams and its uncertain how he will fare with HOF.

His luck could soon run out. I happen to think Philip Day the better retailer Scottish Wool Mill done rather well over the years PD is a canny investor.

Ashley is a loose cannon at times he doesn't always think before he acts.

Mike Ashley's Sports Direct has sold its stake in MySale, the Australian online discounter - shareprice is 7p today so think that makes abt a total £14.5m loss on his original investment.. ouch!

Yes its good to talk one only has to look at the fear over sanctions with Trump, if the talk went on there would be less uncertainty.

I am voting Lib Dems , as think better in the party of EU than out of it ,

strong together , weak on your own . thats my feeling .

Back again guys and to catch up on your posts but limited at the moment.

Not seen the press on legal action been busy elsewhere but a link would have helped?

Part the reason why people are still posting, is this thread has become an after discussion thread on the events here concerning administration, also a discussion on other shares and market conditions. Q may have other reasons, so may robot.

As for the latter markets are bound to be unsettled after Brexit talks went nowhere.
