votes tomorrow - if there is a vote. If Arcadia serious about its "one CVA falls, then all fall" threat, then only needs Landsec to vote with Intu on one CVA & it's admin as early as Thursday.

ARCADIA UPDATE: Unsubstantiated rumours Arcadia may delay creditors' meeting for another week as it doesn't think it has the votes. Arcadia not commenting as yet. Again, this IS NOT confirmed but rumour is circulating among landlords.

Intu seemed fairly entrenched in their opposition to Arcadia CVA. The real nervousness is whether Philip Green's tweaks to rent cuts has appeased Land Securities , who were fence sitting last week

There's another retail CVA vote today too: Select Fashions, run by Cafer Mahiroglu, who attempted to rescue BHS from administration with a joint bid with Matalan founder John Hargreaves

Robot nut job. The only people who made a fortune from Debenhams were the shorters.
However if you wish to list your trades to prove you made money here - fine
Personally traded the share and had small losses.
What hurts now is that Debenhams is still trading. If it had gone bust then some shareholders would have got over it sooner (cough cough)

The mayor of Manchester is creating homes for the homeless, to take them from begging on the streets .

How wonderfull is this .

Every town or city should follow and find spaces for the homeless and remove them from the streets .

Ted Baker warned on profits as it said it faces "extremely difficult trading conditions".

The fashion retailer now expects underlying profit before tax in the range of £50m to £60m in the year ended 25 January 2020. This compares with a pre-tax profit excluding exceptional items of £63m posted in its last full year.
