Of course it does - it's all in the price hence the share price is being very resilient. Discussed the above yesterday on here.

Yep - bar a wider market meltdown, my base case scenario is still for the uptrend to resume. If and when so - I hope I am fortunate enough to hop on the first train heading North.

Grouce1,

I have to agree - Warren Buffett doesn't get it wrong often. Whilst I have been a shareholder in both EZJ, IAG and other airlines in the past, they are all to be avoided. They will continue to burn cash and keep raising funds to survive. EZJ managed to get a placing away at a decent price just over a month ago. IAG, being the bloody dinosaur it is, only started thinking about raising funds recently, long after the March bounce highs while it heads lower. The question for me is, as JET2 holidays will not be making any money for the rest of this year, hope is hanging on 2021 season and a vaccine. How much is the cashburn atm and what are customer redemption levels like? There has been some talk of customers rolling deposits forward for nextyear - but what about those who do not? Its a sad situation, watching the destruction of an industry due to reasons beyond its control.

For the time being I see the following negatives, unpalatable cancellation of destinations, low load factors, low prices (though maybe somewhat mitigated by lower fuel prices), customer lack of confidence in foreign travel, and the big one ongoing costs of capital employed and any salaries. Though the company has bolstered its cash reserves and remains astute, the pandemic can only be causing massive cash burn at present, the only light ATM is the slim possibility of a vaccination, but with a mutating virus how effective can this be(short term)?
Love the company, thumbs down on its predicament.

There are great deal less people on the beaches in Spain than you will have on some of the UK beaches, but need to exclude the Catalonia area until virus more under control. You also have to wear face masks when walking outside. Masks not required on beach or around swimming pools.
