Last sell of 50k - soeone bought 50k first thing this morning at 31p. I wolud bet they match.

an alternative thought - and one that makes me feel better. If these 40/80k trades were sells - they have had no affect on the price - and if they are short sell, then someone has to cover them.

Ref your 1220 - I dont have L2 -but- I'm still convinced some of the 40/80k trades were sells.

Another theory, there was a 200000 sell on Friday at 30.5p, the 2 x 80k and 40k,traded at @ 2.30 to 2.40pm could have been that short closing?

Well said....but its moving back up...Dont think anyone wants to sell( apart from shorters) so they hopefully get forced to buy back and force price up.

My broker suggests another - in the face of 'apparent' strong selling the mms are supporting the price. They have no desire to sell stock at prices lower than they acquired. This applies whether it is stock they acquired last week or this. But why bother - when all we do is follow the US?

david2000 thanks for that - I will investigate - but only have 2 fingers! any thoughts on my 1213. Certainly seems some desperation somewhere as nas is trading in the 2.05-2.10 range at the moment

Webley, if you have a back up Internet Service Provider, you gan get 100 quotes a day by swiching between them to share the load.

Bit beyond my knowledge level I'm afraid - certainly looks to me like shorting action and/or mms trying to pick up cheap stock. SSSB bought a lot when chaeper and sold in the 40s. I think some of the others are sitting on stock they picked up at prices over 40, and so they need to balance this with some very cheap acquisitions. Just my theories!

The 80000 block was a buy at 2.31pm and I think the 2 40k blocks were also. MM's playing with our minds...

Any views on these blocks of sells of 40000? Can't see them shifting price whilst nas is moving in other direction.
