07/2/2002 18:24 | Picaroon, I suggest you research into the exchange of the 6.75% converible sub notes which was part of the 3 part refi plan which reduced the total debt to about £250m. The company has since reduced this figure to £229m....reducing the debt by £19m in the last quarter alone. This was achieved by the company generating £9.2m of free cash flow in Q3 which is the figure after interest, tax and capital expenditure. Cash flow is the safest way to guage a companies progress as it is the hardest to manipulate. The figure was negative in Q2.. This figure is set to increase as the company continues to recover and further reduce its debt/costs and increase its ebitda/revenue percentage....at this rate it won't be long before the annulised free cash flow is above its market cap...... Overvalued ?....yeah right | ![]() forfaiter

07/2/2002 16:37 | What a lot of fantasy there is on this board! This is a company with a negative net worth of £142 million. It is operating in a declining market. Any available cash has to go to repay the banks (£218 million) or the 6.5% convertible participating shareholders (£167 million). It has stated that it will not pay a dividend in the foreseeable future. The share price needs to fall substantially from here to get back to reality. | ![]() picaroon
07/2/2002 16:30 | Almost back to what I paid for them. Knew I should have sold at the high yesterday. When will I ever learn? ho hum! | dsmith626

07/2/2002 16:19 | Redman2 - Check out PHTM, might go 40p+ on bid approach rumours. Substantially more upside than downside. Looking solid today, Friday. If bid comes in around 50p you'll be in the money. | erdmanski

07/2/2002 15:39 | It's following DANKY it would seem. I thought it would drop today and didn't buy back in. According to my trendline a bounce at 37p/38p would give further strength to the trendline so fingers crossed it doesn't fall much further. We all know it's going up in the long run but, as others have said, establishing the short-term trading picture is useful for nice little 'in and outs'. | fotheringham
07/2/2002 15:38 | it also is T. teners clearing. watch the price rip up after. I hear there is still a shortage off stock . Anybody know if this is true. | ![]() rifraf1

07/2/2002 15:16 | Agreed, this stock seems to have atracted some real jumpy characters, the pump and dump brigade I think. They just don't realise this ain't a pump and dump stock. | nickward
07/2/2002 15:02 | These 25000 trades look like people covering their position from earlier in the day as the price has not moved as they anticipated. Just an opinion of course. | webley
