07/2/2002 14:12 | US markets open shortly. What's the buzz? Are we likely to see a rise? Static? or a fall? | dsmith626
07/2/2002 13:46 | Well, Directors' are buying again ! Another Good sign that things are progressing well. Profit taking looks like it has finished and we can establish a base level of 40p. I have a feeling, not backed up by any fact, that this will be a very good few months for Danka. Analyst upgrades, new contracts, reduced debt, improved buisness and even a takeover. For the newer investors, don't plough all your money in at one price. Instead, buy at varying levels (may be higher or lower). When you have made a profit think about selling some of the shares you bought at the lower price. Back in December I bought shares at 11p / 15p and 20p. I have since sold theses but still have a very good holding and still buy on dips. Always invest, after doing research, in a Company that looks like it will have a higher price 3 - 6 months down the line (or longer). Don't worry too much about the dips, this is natural. Danka will have a much better price in the short / medium and longer term. All the best. | tts

07/2/2002 09:13 | message posted by bullrallystocks on yahoo finance "danky" Take a look at the bottom line on the Research / Finantials The right columb's roll off the Trailing Twelve Months P/E multipliers. ($31,759,000) just rolled off Dec 2001 -it will when yahoo updates- After that ($127,383,000) rolls off on March 31, 2002 Those were big negitives. At that point we should have one year earnings near todays share price. That would make a P/E of 1 (not a typo just ONE). Has anyone seen a stock with a p?e of 1 ? Very modist compared to peers with P/E's of 50 - 60 . It rolls off the end of March. Do your own math. $15.00 to $20.00 per share is not unrealistic.BRS Anyone disagree with him and if so why? | conc2
07/2/2002 08:58 | fotheringham, You want to know the reason? I guess because traders who bought at 42p-ish this morning will expect to sell around 45p-46p before closing hours in LSE then wait the price to fall again or until DNK find support for another rally. They will know, by looking at the first hours of trading pattern in New York, whether enough support to break $3 or not. This is part of roller coaster, purely trading reason. IMO. I need to split my holding, partly hold & partly trade (although I expected above 50p before), but no change of my view on the trend for long term. This is just to enjoy riding the roller coaster. | oaklandsway
07/2/2002 08:48 | got some more at 42p | conc2
07/2/2002 08:28 | Care to say why? | fotheringham
07/2/2002 08:19 | Danka is looking good for a rise today IMHO, target 47p bid by close. | erdmanski

06/2/2002 22:19 | oaklandsway; DID YOU SEE THE RNSEG about recent direcor buying,i think in next 10 days this is going to brek 3$, ANY OTHER TIPS REGARDS JAG | ![]() jagluth
06/2/2002 22:08 | Pat, What we saw in the last two days is a roller coaster, which I expected to happen between 50p-£1. However, it had happened under 50p. Unfortunately, in US it happened in two days respectively so the price down too much. "It is purely traders behaviour" no fundamental has changed. Someone who did stop loss could really lose money when cannot come back, that is what people said as “transfer of wealth”. The problem now is that we find lots of other shares are going down, this will attract investors to buy them than DNK. So, many DNK investors could feel their money being trapped but nothing wrong with Danka. It is only a matter of time and could be very quick to turn back upward because the selling volume under 45p is relatively small. IMO, DYOR, etc. | oaklandsway
06/2/2002 21:30 | anyone tell me why the US did'nt release an RNS or is it a different system. Do they know the directors have been buying? thanks Pat | ![]() bigpat
06/2/2002 20:23 | 40p open, it's really going DOWN !!!! YES! | miramax
06/2/2002 20:06 | should have topped up just before close at 43p | conc2
06/2/2002 18:31 | mm's move this share savagely, eg 46/49 to 45/47 they catch punters out going up or down and protect their own positions, also to stop people out. If Wall Street holds up tonight what's the betting it will open around 43/45 ish? | ![]() royaloak

06/2/2002 18:17 | Ouch! That'll teach me for taking two lunches in one day. What the f*'s going on? Have these hit the top and heading back down now? | dsmith626
06/2/2002 17:39 | No wonder if many people went out and prefer to hold cash due to uncertainty of the market. Cisco announcement just gave short implications. I think many players wait for financial service authorities to assure better accountancy. | oaklandsway
06/2/2002 16:45 | Well dankers, I got stopped out and I'm on the sidelines until all this blood is hosed off the floor. Good luck to all of you. | johnnyamerica
06/2/2002 16:43 | Large sell off in US about an hour ago - do people think this is profit taking given the general market sentiment - or shorters? Hard to tell without sight of individual trade sizes but I think it's a bit of both - in which case they'll be back in buying. All IMHO of course - any other views? | webley
06/2/2002 16:37 | This is still looking bullish, despite the obvious panic of the drop. Hang on in there. | jbat |
