reported earlier today. Inline results and reaffirmed growth prospects/figures going forward. If there ever was a company that reflects the state of the overall economy of the US then its GE. Its results showed the economy is not is as bad shape some sceptics have protrayed.

phook, my cup is a half empty. Just wait how far it will go up then expected to retrace. My cup will get empty soon.

MMs in UK could take the lead for few days because they would use positive sentiments from Beeson's latest recommendation. However, by referring to EV/REV for Danky & IKN to measure the fair price actually both are marginally equal already (so the discount of 60% had been reduced to less than 10% based on closing-price last night). So, let's hope IKN will bounce up again so Danky can follow.

So far, buyers' interest above $2.40 was dried before the latest breakdown. Lets see how big the interest to pay over $2. Stay above $2.10 could change the trading pattern but watch how long can it stay over this point.

Sounds complicated to trade I guess but I personally have to follow the detail. Nothing to worry I think if you play long, this price level is still good subject to Q2 & Q3 results. IMHO.

the spread is a reflection of what the various market makers are prepared to buy and sell stock at. There is one or more market maker prepared to take on 37,000 shares, online....paying you a premium to the bid. And none is prepared to sell you more that 3,000 online. Self evident that one or more of the market makers (I dont have level 2 to say exactly how many) is in need of stock and likewise no one is prepared to let go of more than 3,000 if you trade online.

oakslandsway,ooh or is it ouch,now you've got me confused,agree on gut as i've posted as such.Gut as well as technicals,charts has a place in many stocks,markets in fact.Most of my money has been made by gut instinct alone (also happy even taking small profit).Have you misquoted me or moi?

Morning Oakland and Pysic , just bought in again at 32, looks like a good move. If the market had been more stable ,would have jumped in early when we saw 23, but was too nerverse. Still not sure we have reached bottom but getting edgy sitting on the sibelines, also sick of writting cheques for losses. So fingers crossed.

Online trading only allowing purchases of upto 3,000 @ 34.5p.

But you can sell upto 37,000 to market maker and get 32.25p.

what does that tell you ?

Oaks, it looks like the UK is just taking the lead and should help bring US opening over $2 . I remember last night you estimating 35p = $2.10 . So we could see close to this on current 34.5p price.

I still believe Danky could cross $2, the number to watch is $2.10.
At certain point, there is still a possibility to close under $2 again.

Two economic data will come out later in US that could change sentiment. Banking sector will also underpressure. The Opportunities are there.
